What’s Your Intuitive Gift?

What’s Your Intuitive Gift?

What’s your Intuitive gift? Did you know that every single one of us is born with a strong intuition, but as we grow and develop we begin to rely more heavily on our 5 physical senses; leaving our natural intuitive gifts behind.

But the great news is, it hasn’t disappeared; it just weakens over time if it’s not used regularly. Think of what would happen to any other muscle in our body if we didn’t ever use it. It would eventually become so weak we wouldn’t be able to use it, let alone rely on it.

Intuition doesn’t have to be just some random bursts of insight. When developed properly, it can be an incredible power that has the ability to offer us guidance, insight, and direction in every area of our life.

Intuition can be used to help you find your life’s purpose, it can help you make decisions in a time of big transitions, it can help you find a lasting loving relationship or help steer you towards the financial abundance you’re looking for. There really is no end to how helpful your intuition can be when developed properly.

We all learn new information in our most natural paths. For instance, you may be a visual learner, or you may learn information better from listening to someone explain something or you may be more of a hands-on kind of person to really get the hang of the new material your learning. One’s not better than another, it’s just your most natural path.

Well, we also have our own most natural path of receiving intuitive wisdom from our higher self, spirit guides, and source energy.

The 3 Main Paths

There are 3 main paths that we typically rely on to receive intuitive wisdom. In recent years these paths have become more widely known as “channeling”. You are literally “channeling” or “receiving” information that your logical mind doesn’t have access to yet.

Have you ever just “known” something about someone or an event that was just about to happen? That’s channeling!

So, what are the 3 most common paths of channeling information? The energy will always take the path of least resistance. These paths are called Clairsentience, Clairaudience, and Clairvoyance.

1. Clairsentience

Clairsentience can be described as the ability to receive guided wisdom through gut feelings or sudden inner knowing about a question or problem one is facing. Those who are clairsentient often will perceive even the subtlest of changes in the energy around them. Often they can feel the moods and feelings of those around them without anyone having to say a word.

Some like to refer to these sudden inner knowings as an instant “download” of energy. All energy is encoded with packets of information, but how you interpret that information is unique to each person.

2. Clairaudience

Clairaudience can be described as the ability to “hear” the intuitive wisdom. This again can be with either your physical or “spiritual ears”, though it is far more common that it is received through your spiritual ear also known as your “mind’s ear”.

Those who are clairaudient can usually detect even a subtle difference in the “voice” or dialect that they hear when receiving guidance. They may be able to carry out a full conversation or they could just hear an inner voice that speaks in short answers.

3. Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance can be described as the ability to receive messages through visions, images, pictures, colors, or symbols. These images can be either seen with your mind’s eye or your physical eyes.  It’s much more common for those who are predominantly clairvoyant to see pictures, textures, and colors in their mind’s eye, rather than with their physical eyes; but certainly both a possible.

Many find this to be difficult to decipher between the imagination and a vision from the higher realms. Visions will often be direct answers to questions you had just asked of your guides or source energy while the imagination will feel more scattered.

Learning how to deliberately receive answers through your most natural intuitive path is a skill that everyone can develop. It doesn’t have to be sporadic and spontaneous information. When harnessed correctly you can begin to receive the answers that are important to you. You can receive the direction and guidance you are looking for so that you can thrive in every aspect of your life.
