Perhaps you can also feel that whenever the fall comes, there is something different in the air, almost magical and transcendental. This is probably because the fall is also known as the Harvest season and it’s a very significant period spiritually, reserved for fasting and cleansing the body and mind of toxins and negative patterns, while enjoying the nature’s bounty we gather, reaping what we planted in the spring. This is the time when good things come back to us, so we can just sit back and relax, delighting in the good karma that we deserved by doing good deeds in the preceding months.
Rai Aren once said that we should be aware of the fact that the same spark of life that is within us, is within all of our animal friends, the desire to live is the same within all of us. From believing that killing animals for food sends bad vibrations to feeling much lighter after consuming products that were not derived from animals, veganism definitely promotes healthier and more eco-conscious life. You are what you eat
Unlike animals that need to be fed with various hormones and not so healthy products, plants use water and energy they get from sunlight to nourish themselves. This prevents any possible remnants of negative energy from entering your body after consuming an apple, or a salad. Many people who have chosen veganism reported that they felt lighter once they stopped having burgers or ribs for their meals. Aside from physical lightness, clarity of mind was also present after they switched to vegan pasta recipes and healthy dairy-free smoothies. This came from the well-known fact that animals are always tortured in order to transform from a living creature into plain food. Once healthy plants have become their main source of nutrition, the weight has been lifted from their shoulders and awaken appreciation of animals and their feelings.

As George Bernard Shaw once said, “A man of spiritual intensity does not eat corpses.” This is how in short one of the main mottos of veganism can be interpreted. All the food you eat is being infused into your body cells, consequently affecting your energetic vibration. From physical to emotional, mental and spiritual, you are being affected on every possible level by the foods you consume. Ingesting animals which have been brutally murdered in order to offer food for human beings will only fill our bodies with negative vibrations precisely because of all the pain that they’ve gone through. Their suffering becomes people’s suffering, which can only have negative effects on you. That’s why converting to plant-based nutrition is a much better option. That food has been grown naturally with care, which will as a result only nourish your mind, body and spirit, bringing only positive vibrations.
Veganism can be very satisfying for your tummy

Don’t be fooled by the idea of plant-based food being tasteless and unfulfilling because you can find a variety of delicious vegan food recipes that will satisfy all of your senses. For example, you can make a delicious lemon blueberry poppyseed loaf instead of option for ice-cream. All you need for this recipe is 1 1/4 cups buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup Tropeaka Lean Protein Vanilla, 1/2 cup blanched almond meal, 2 tsp baking powder, 1.5 tbsp poppy seeds, 1/8 tsp sea salt, 1 mashed banana, 1/4 cup plain coconut, yogurt, 2/3 cup rice malt syrup, 1/4 cup lemon juice, zest of 1 large lemon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1.5 cups frozen blueberries.

You’re changing a lot more by going vegan than just your diet. By being mindful of what you eat, you’ll also become more aware of what you treat yourself with because you’ll choose more carefully what you put your body through. Consequently, you’ll put your mind through mush less stress and improve the overall state of your body, mind and spirit. By going vegan and becoming cruelty-free oriented when it comes to beauty products, you’re becoming kinder to animals, yourself and the planet. More and more beauty and cosmetic companies are becoming cruelty-free and while still offering us an array of quality and most importantly healthy products for our skin. Aside from that, you’re also being given peace of mind, knowing that no animal was harmed in order for you to get your glam on and pamper yourself whenever you like. Going vegan will truly make you feel healthy and beautiful both from the inside and outside.
Veganism can truly help you feel much better about yourself and become the best possible version of yourself. Not only will you benefit from not eating animal products or investing in animal-tested products, but the planet will too. All the waste that's been produced during food production is detrimental for the planet and our health, so choosing a vegan lifestyle will majorly improve the world around you while elevating your spirit too.
