My dear friends, we love you so very much,
You can find peace in a chaotic world. You need not wait for conditions, people, or anything in your external life to change.
You can be calm as circumstances and energies whirl around you and simply observe without participating vibrationally in the chaos. There is peace, dear ones, at the center of a storm when you remain centered in your true essence.
You have been and always will be at the center of your own vibrational universe. Your world is a co-creation between all souls who participate in it, as much as a symphony is a co-creation between all the instruments and players that participate. Every player of a symphony has their unique desires. One wants to play strings. One wants to play horns. One wants to play keyboards. They all want to play in harmony to create an experience that is moving to themselves and inspiring for their listeners.
Imagine that there is a Divine Director, aware of every desire in every heart. This Divine director is so aware of every nuance, feeling, and note that each player is sent, in each moment, intuitive direction as to how to best play their part—for their good and the good of the whole. As each player allows this energy of love to move them, they become part of a glorious whole.
Suppose one of the players forgets the beauty of being in harmony. They want to be heard. They want to play the loudest music and get the most attention. They want to feel special, above everyone else, and they don't care how they go about it. They ignore the energy of love that moves them and think about how to stand out. Disconnected from the power of love that moves all in harmony, they play a discordant melody in the performance.
The other players still have a choice. They can remain true to their guidance, play in harmony with one another, and still create a beautiful performance for themselves.
If the player who wanted attention had been listening to their own guidance, they would receive directions to quit the symphony and go off independently. They would have been guided to embrace their own style, attract their own followers, and allow the praise and adulation they seek. No loving desire is refused, and while the desire to be loved "above" others is not so loving, the desire for singular success and recognition is just fine.
There are always people who will play discordant melodies in your life. They are the ones who have not yet learned that the Divine can fulfill all desires in a way that is good for all concerned. They demand that they get their way. They insist you behave as they wish. They attempt to force their opinions upon you. They cry for attention in unhealthy ways.
Nonetheless, dear ones, even with these forceful and often misdirected souls in your life and upon your earth, you can go to the Source and simply ask for a way to handle the situation with love and peace. You can remain rooted in self-love. You can love the light within yourself and focus on the light within all.
You need not give up your peace to those who would easily attempt to knock you out of it for the sake of their own agendas. Whether you are talking about public figures or family members, no one is truly trying to rob you of your peace. They are simply not centered in their own. They do not yet know their true connection to the loving Source. They don't listen to, acknowledge, or even trust their guidance. They don't know any better.
The child who throws a tantrum doesn't know their loving parents can work out a mutually agreeable solution. The adult that throws a tantrum doesn't know their loving Source can guide all to an agreeable solution.
So let others do what they feel they must and give your power back to God. If you worry about your freedom, realize that you are free to emanate and, therefore, allow into your space whatever vibrations you choose. When you fear for your economy, go back to the Divine because, aligned with God, there is always abundant flow. When you fear for your health, or your children, or your loved ones, rest in the reassuring and comforting love of God, as we mentioned last week, by simply sitting and breathing with the intent to receive until you feel and know the love that constantly supports you.
The world is swirling with many diverse energies right now. You are sensitive, and you feel them. You may feel feelings that feel like winds passing through you, and indeed, perhaps they are. Perhaps a wave of someone else's fear just passed right through you, but if you had none of your own active at the moment, you would not feel it. Perhaps a wave of sadness passes through you, and it may well have originated elsewhere, but if you did not have sadness active in this moment, you would not feel it.
There is no judgment, dear ones. You feel what you feel, and you're always beautiful and perfect in our eyes. However, you do live in a vibrational universe with many melodies sounding right now and many voices wanting to be heard.
What matters most is that you live according to your own standards, in authenticity with your own hearts, listening to your own voice.
Centered in self, you will be calm in the midst of these emotional storms, and you will have the peace that comes from being rooted in the Source. This is the peace that surpasses all understanding, the peace that comes from knowing the creator of universes loves and cares about you and your loving desires. This is the peace that cannot be taken from you.
God is with you. Your angels are with you. Love is constantly flowing and there for the taking. Tune into that rather than the discordant melodies around you, and you will become a force of peace upon your earth.
God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Message from Ann
Over the years, many people have asked me if I'm afraid of various things — politics, viruses, conspiracy theories, economies, you name it. Occasionally, I do get sucked into fear. However, the farther I go down this path, the less fear there is. We're eternal. We have control over our vibration. I have made it a discipline and way of life to remain rooted in God.
When I have a concern, I go to the Source. When I have a challenge, I go to the Source. When I have a health issue, I go to the Source. When I have a bill, I delegate to the Divine and wait for guidance. I pray with conviction that we are all heard, loved, and supported and that while I can bolster others' intentions and prayers mightily with great faith, I cannot dictate their choices. I can only manage my own.
There are so many things I've feared in the past that never came to pass. I talk to folks in heaven, and they frequently report how much time they spent worrying about what might, could, or should happen. They now know that these worries wasted precious moments of life that could have been spent in some more loving frame of mind.
If a problem is in front of us, or if we see it coming and receive guidance, that is the time to act. If not, making up stories about what might, could, or should happen is pointless. Worrying about things we can't control is a waste of energy. I have a sign in my home that says, "Worrying is a waste of time. Create." I have read it so many times I shift easily to creating.
Several years ago, I had some pretty intense chest pains. My left side stung, and I laid down on the couch, started to breathe, and called in Jesus. "Am I going?" I asked. To this day, I laugh at the fact that my first thought wasn't a fear of death! Instead, I wanted to know if it was time to donate all my craft supplies so my relatives wouldn't have to deal with them! Jesus showed up immediately. "No, you're not leaving. It's just a nerve." I went to a channeled session a few days later by Summer Bacon (who still puts out awesome downloads from Spirit), and the angel coming through her told me I had a pinched nerve and gave me a quick chiropractic-type move to fix it. Sure enough, I lived :) And I kept all my craft supplies!
Seriously, there is a lot of whirling on this earth. I have been joking with friends that I better get my energy up to full strength before this next election because people have strong feelings on both sides of the fence. In my work with the angels, I listen to many deep concerns, fears, and even rage about our social and political climate. The angels don't tell me what is going to happen in those arenas. They want us to exercise our free will, create with our hearts, and learn from our creations. If you give your power to a person or a fear, no matter which "side" you're on, you'll be subject to that fearful choice. If, instead, you choose to live the values you want to see in the world, then regardless of politics, you are empowering what you love in your life.
Peace is possible no matter what is going on. This past year, my own mother had several near brushes with death. A dear friend died just a few months ago. Another is going through severe health challenges. I've been working full-time and starting a creative business on the side. I've had the usual surprise expenses. Dear clients whom I love and adore have left this earth.
I see the politics, the wars, the economy, and the chaos when I choose to look at them, but instead, I'd rather look at the bees buzzing in the rose bushes. Instead of worrying about potential "adversaries," I go sweet talk the wasps that live in our neighborhood, and we co-exist in peace. Big Black Bee came at me again for the umpteenth time last month, aiming straight for my face, and for once, instead of allowing him to terrorize me, I stood my ground and said with loving force, "Cut it out!" He did a U-turn in mid-air and has left me alone since :) I focus on my vegetables and their fortitude in the heat. I focus on learning what I need to know for my creative pursuits. Most of all, I focus on the fact that there is a loving Presence that deeply wants us to have harmonious lives that satisfy our hearts.
You can tune into this peace, too. Here are a few pointers to make it easier:
1. Stop making stuff up
We create all sorts of negative scenarios for our future, whether likely or not. In truth, a great many of our fears come from making stuff up! We worry about things that haven't even happened yet or hypothetical results of things that have happened. We project our past into the future. We make stuff up, and it agonizes us.
Next time you catch yourself worrying or fearful about what might happen, ask yourself, "Am I worried about a REAL condition here and now, or one I've made up that does not exist in this present moment?" Then make something better up if you must, or drop into the moment, deal with what is in front of you, and make the happiest choices you can now. Rather than drawing what you fear into your life, this will ensure a much happier future.
I have developed a sense of humor about our human tendency to make stuff up. Now, if I catch myself making up "What if" scenarios, I stop and challenge myself to imagine the best instead of the worst, to focus on what I want rather than what I don't, and to create rather than feel helpless to deal with the stuff I've made up that isn't even a reality in my present moment.
2. Face your fears head-on
If you can distract yourself with a better vibe or something more pleasant, do that. Only if you cannot distract yourself with a better vibe, face your fears. Ask yourself, "What would I do if my fear came to pass? How would I deal with it?" Fear will tell you that you can't, won't, don't have the resources, the help, the wisdom, and that you'd fall apart.
Love would tell you those fears are lies. We have the most loving Presence, the creator of Universes accessible in every breath to help us deal with absolutely everything, in every moment. We are not alone nor are we without help. Fear wants to convince us we are. Go to God.
I ask the Divine for help with everything I cannot easily figure out or handle on my own. Even then, I ask for help ordering my days, learning what I must, and accomplishing the things I already know how to do. There is no such thing as asking God too much, any more than a cell could ask the brain too much. We are part of this love. If you often ask for help and receive it, you will remember that you have the help when something disrupts your peace.
3. Practice Peace
The Serenity prayer — the one that asks for the ability to change what we can, accept what we can't, and know the difference — is a guide to living in peace. When something worries you, ask, "What can I do now?" If you get an answer, do it. If not, do something you enjoy. Give all your fears to God. Delegate up. There is great peace in knowing you are not alone. The more you practice this on the small concerns in life, the more easily you will maintain your peace.
Many I know are finding this peace. I've heard beautiful reports from those who go to God daily. Their lives are taking magical turns. They are popping into new realities of feeling how loved they truly are. They are starting to have experiences of being guided in beautiful ways to interact with loving and helpful souls. At first, it barely seems real, but the more you practice sitting with God or your angels every day, the more you will feel this unshakable peace.
Have a blessed week,
