Today, the rise in global vibration of your system allows you to shift consciousness in all its forms. In particular, you can move in consciousness in your physical body. This inner journey is an opportunity to visit each of your cells, to send them a little Love and to restore the information they have integrated in order to promote self-regeneration or to invite them to set in motion. Movement is life. Everything that is alive is in motion, this is the simple information that you can convey in consciousness to your cells.

Your bodily system is complex. Your material, physical bodies and your invisible energetic bodies are in constant and permanent interaction. You can develop and interact on these interactions in consciousness. Nourish, develop your material body with the energy of your energetic body, here is the real challenge of Healing. You have the power to send the intention experienced in your energy bodies to your physical cells. By taking this path, you advance towards self-healing.

Each of your cells is nourished by this movement of life to enter into relationship with the other cells of your body, but also to reproduce itself or almost identical. It is in this small variation that lies the opportunity for change towards wellness. During the natural cellular self-regeneration process, a small window opens where you can slip in new information for your cells.
