Hello, dear ones. This is Sophia.

Some of you may be questioning what you perceive as conflicting information from each of us. I would like to address that now. Each of us speak with you directed to various levels of awareness. For many of you, your current focus is on the movement of consciousness that you perceive in your world from 3D to 5D. That is your focus. And this is fine.

Interspersed in our messages about the light increasing, ascension, and how to integrate this light into your life, are messages that speak to a much higher awareness that some of you hold or are approaching. From this higher view, your focus will automatically shift to understanding the higher truth of your reality. That is why  we will occasionally address how you actually create your entire earth reality from the projection of your subtle mind.

From our perspective, none of you are actually living on earth. You have never left your own soul awareness. However, you project a portion of your consciousness into this (and other) dreamlike experiences to learn. This portion of consciousness then creates its reality through a constant projection of its subtle mind. Within this experience, many of you are currently viewing the light coming to earth and lifting your consciousness higher, fearing earth changes, and political unrest, etc,  so we address these.

As Sandalphon said yesterday, your experience of this reality is actually similar to a house of mirrors. So the projection you experience of life on earth will reflect that expansion. As each of you move higher in consciousness by again awakening fully to your higher nature, your connection with more contracted dimensions will eventually dissolve. And you will begin to relate to your experience in a much different way.

We will continue to move back and forth between teachings of a more specific nature and of sharing a much higher level of understanding. We encourage each of you to take from our messages whatever resonates with you at the moment. You might consider however, going back and rereading some of our messages at a later time. You may find that you perceive them in a different way and perhaps glean further information and understanding from them as you continue to expand in awareness.
