The threads of humanity are unravelling and entwining at the same time. There are no rules to this process which is only governed by the thoughts and emotions of each individual person. To think that all on Earth is lost would be natural, but only through this process of unravelling and re-entwining will the new world be born. Nothing can remain the same if change for the greater good is to occur, for the past holds dark secrets that must be released from the collective consciousness.

Connection is the key, for when a person is connected to their higher self, to the Earth and to their higher purpose for living all will be revealed to them in the highest energy and in Diving Timing. If, however, a person has lost their connection to their purpose for being on Earth, their lives will become grounded in mayhem, chaos and drama.

To avoid being dragged down by the lower energies of the masses who have lost their way, one must be extremely vigilant in keeping one’s energies clear and one’s thoughts positive. When one’s defences are low it is extremely difficult to maintain a high vibration.

There are many ways one can re-establish connection to divine or angelic energies and to maintain high vibrational frequencies.

• Meditate every day and bring your energies back to you;
• Have clear intentions;
• Stop and make time;
• Keep grounded;
• Breathe and centre.
• Zip up your aura and envision Divine light surrounding you.

Say this prayer for protection every morning as you rise. Mentally connect with Mother Earth then connect to your higher self, your angel guide (by name) or the Creator and say:

“I decree that today I will remain grounded and peaceful. My energies will be protected from absorbing the energy or other people and of the collective consciousness. I am impervious to drama, fear and dark emotions. I live and walk only in the light and love of the Creator. I hold the intention of being guided towards positive thoughts and actions in every situation and encounter and of projecting only the highest vibrations out to the world.

I am love, I am light and I am truly grateful.
