Dear Ones, currently your reality is re-arranging itself very rapidly and you might experience the manifestations of ALL your thoughts and emotions faster and faster.

Now, more than ever, it is of paramount importance to tend to your emotional state on a daily basis, as the energies are intensifying towards your Spring Equinox on March 20th, 2016.

You are being prepared to shift into the next level on your spiritual journey. 

Every thought and every emotion is being reflected in your experience, and we mean every thought and emotion.

This is your opportunity to fully master your co-creative abilities to create your new reality and experience and with it a better life. 

So, how can you be more in control of your thoughts and emotions to create more pleasant experiences?

1. Before you go to sleep at night, request for your Higher Self to heal, clear and release any emotions, beliefs and energies that do not serve you anymore.

You can request to visit the Angelic Realms, The Inner Earth Cities of Light or Your Galactic Light Ship, which your Higher Self has placed in your vicinity for this and other processes. 

2. Every morning, set the energetic tone for your day, by appreciating everyone and everything around you and what you are looking forward to in your life.

The emotions you are experiencing in this process align you with the life you wish to have. 

3. Allow for more light to flow through the cells of your body, as the old memories from your past lives are stored here.

The more light is flowing though you, an automatic clearing of these lower vibrational frequencies is taking place and more higher vibrational frequencies will be able to reside within your being.

This can be achieved through:

a. Meditations
b. Activations and
c. Connecting with the group consciousness of your choice.

a. Meditating

When you are meditating, you are shifting your energies into the higher dimensions. This process suspends all lower vibrational thoughts and emotions.

During this "break," the light frequencies, which are around you, are able to reach your auric field and your entire being.

The more you meditate, the more you are getting used to be in the flow of these higher energies, and this state of being is then easier to maintain. 

b. Activations

Activations are a powerful energy boost to clear out old and lower vibrational memories, thoughts and emotions that are located in the cells of your body, your auric field and your DNA.

At the same time you are receiving new, higher vibrational light codes for every cell of your body, your auric field and DNA. This will allow for higher amounts of light to flow through you and it allows you to create your new, more pleasant and loving reality.

c. Connecting to a Group Consciousness

When connecting to a selected group consciousness that resonates with you and that feels loving and joyful, you are multiplying the light and love vibration for your meditations and activations exponentially.

One individual conducting a meditation or activation is wonderful, however a group of people focusing the energy to the same higher vibration and light is one of the most powerful things, humanity can experience. 

This can be experienced either when a meditation or activation takes place or at a later point, as energies are not bound by time or space.
