Here Is Your New Energy Update From Archangel Michael

"Greetings, Beloved Ones. We send you blessings of Love and Light, in this Now moment, and we invite you to open your heart for our message for you...

You have crossed the threshold to this new year and now, you have the opportunity to tune into the fresh new energies to make this your year of Transformation, Love, Creativity, Abundances and Wellbeing.

This coming week will be filled with releasing the old and letting in the new.

This means, as Mercury went Retrograde (From January 5th to January 25th, 2016), you will have the opportunity to prepare and fine tune your new projects, so that you can bring them out into the open, after January 25th. (When Mercury goes direct again.)

Welcome the Mercury Retrograde energies, as they allow you to cross all the t-s and dot all the i-s of your work. This will insure smooth sailing, when your projects take off.

Part of your preparation is to release old beliefs about your self and others, so that new and higher evolved beliefs can enter your being.

How do you do that?

Here is a very simple exercise that won't take long, to assist you with this process.

Step 1:

Take out a piece of paper (or type on the computer) and write down the following questions:

What do I believe about my self?
What do I believe about my abilities in regards to work?
What do I believe about my abilities in regards to love?
What do I believe about my abilities in regards to prosperity?
What do I believe about my health?
What do I believe about my appearance?
What do I believe about my spirituality?
What do I believe about my friendships?
What do I believe about my family?
What do I believe about my self worth?
What do I believe about loving my self?
What do I believe about loving others?

Step 2:

Answer the first question and see if it is a positive answer or less then positive.

Ask yourself: "Could my believe about this be better?"

If so, flip the answer to the positive opposite, even if you don't feel it's true, and write it down.

Step 3:

Repeat this process with all 12 questions.

Step 4:

Take out a new piece of paper (or new document on the computer) and write down (or print out) all new and positive statements from the 12 questions.

Place these statements where you can see them every day and read them out loud, as many times as you can, for the next 21 days. (or longer, if you feel like it)

Your new beliefs will become so strong, that the old beliefs will fade away.

By the time you have completed the 21 days, Mercury will have gone direct and you are ready to step into a new reality.
