As you have passed through the 11-11-19 Energy Portal, the pulses of light and love frequencies for planet Earth and all life are continuing to raise the vibrational frequencies.

At this time, some of the old energies of the third dimensional matrix are being shaken loose and prepared for a profound release.

It is important to hold steadfast onto to the love within your heart and the love of Source, while this is taking place.

Visualize for the light and love of Source to enter your entire being and expand into your world.

Breathe it in with deep, slow breaths and anchor these energies into the Earth. 

Your focus on the Light and on Love is of utmost importance, so that you can remain in your balance, while you are releasing these old energies and emotions.

On November 20th, Mercury will go direct again which will assist in the stabilizing of the planetary energies and with it your magnetic core.

When this process is complete another set of energy pulses, filled with Divine Love will soothe your energy field and will make you feel more whole again. 

This will show itself in your realty in a most profound manner. 

Anything stagnant will move into a higher gear and many things will manifest for you quickly.

You are the bringers of the Light on this beloved Earth and all the Higher Dimensions are here to support and assist you.
