My dear ones,

You may be feeling a squeeze, a pressure, as if you are being "squeezed," and rightly so, because at this point in your evolution, all that is NOT what you are is being eliminated.

This makes the "authentic self" resurface. The real YOU are finally being revealed.

All the remnants of their "baggage" must leave their bodies and their minds. We remind you, my dear ones, you are also purifying the ancestral lineage and many existences of thoughts, feelings and beliefs that were never yours to begin with!

No wonder you're so tired!

And in all this, FORGIVENESS IS FUNDAMENTAL - no matter how all this baggage has accumulated, the only information you need is that it is leaving to NEVER return.

This prayer reminds you of "your role" in everything - your UNITY - as you ask for forgiveness, you also receive it. The circle is complete.

Release everything - that which is not for your greater good must go away.

You ALL have been bearing losses, some of them unimaginable - it is time to release for the growth of your Soul to occur.

Just KNOW that all this must pass and pass, and a time of greater understanding and clarity is before you.

As you are now realizing, all this is part of a scenario, much greater and everything is finally being revealed. YOU are beginning to realize your role in the development of the New Earth. It has been said that this was not for the faint of heart. You, my dear ones, are the expanding heart of this Evolution.

Your human hearts / higher hearts are expanding rapidly - some may notice heart palpitations etc. and wondering if it is more - your heart chakras are radiating such LOVE and receiving additional LIGHT from the Source of Energy, in fact there will be adjustments. Breathe, dear hearts. Let the Light give you all that you really are.

Be kind to yourself, rest, when necessary, and, my dears, this is really necessary. The updates that each of you are receiving need to be integrated. Let this integration happen easily.

There has never been an existence like this - there have never been beings like YOU - this is the new game, dear hearts, and you are the new players. You are the ones who bring into being this New Earth and New Age, just as you agreed.

You are held in the highest love and highest respect for everything you have agreed to accomplish.

As always YOU ARE NEVER ALONE - we stand by your side holding your hands and we cherish your hearts in ours.
