My mind is scrambled and cranky, irritable and peeved.
Please help me feel your grace and the inherent grace of the natural world.
Help me find peace and solace. Thank you.
Dear One,
You feel so very jumbled and swirling in waves of intense energy, potent light, and mixed messages. You don’t know who you are in such a moment. But we do. We always know you and hold a reflection of that for you.
By your call you come closer again to that. You are not so lost, really, but unsure in this new wave of intensity. Can you let it be OK just as you are? We know you will feel better in even a short while. Let us meditate together.
