Release and Breathe Deeply

Letting go of old thoughts and old patterns is called for now. Solutions can come when you let go of expectations, people, thoughts, and things that are no longer working in your life. Release toxins from your body, toxic thoughts from your mind, and give yourself permission to heal whole-heartedly.

You are being reminded that you have the talents, the skills, and the resources that you need at your disposal. Breathe deeply and be reminded of these. Release any blocks as you breathe and let pure life force energy bathe your every cell. Clear any struggles inside of you and let go of what no longer serves you. It is time to let go and move forward.
