Find your inner sanctuary

There is no doubt that the world has become a more hurried place. There has been a quickening and it is easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of information, technology, and news. It is easy to get caught up in the massive intensities of what much of humanity is currently experiencing.

No matter whether the noise is coming from external sources, or within your own thoughts and feelings, it is imperative that you find a place within you that is calm and quiet. Find your inner sanctuary, and then no matter what is happening externally, you can always find peace.
