Find refuge in the magical world around you

It is sometimes good to ‘escape’ the world around you, especially during really chaotic times. The natural world is perfect for this. Remember a time when you were a child and you used your imagination to transform your world into another realm and would play with wild abandon. It is time to find that inner child once again and let them help you let go of all the mental energy of what is, what is wished for, or what you wish was and just be in the healing moment of now.

Thought for today: Create or find a safe haven where you can be you, where you can do thinks that you can lose yourself in, be free, be love, and heal.
