We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

Dear Ones, as you are moving through very strong shifts right now, it is important to focus on your breath.

Your breath is the universal life force of Source and depending on how deeply you are breathing, you are allowing more or less of Source to circulate through you.

When you breathe deeply, any resistance to the flow of Source is less.

When you are breathing more shallow, your resistance to Source is more. 

Source is constantly flowing through you, and with this flow, all Wellbeing, Love, Abundance, Joy, Creativity and Oneness is circulating within you and is expressing itself through you, into your reality.

So, if you wish to increase your Wellbeing, Love, Abundance, Joy, Creativity and Oneness in your experience, begin to breathe deeply and slowly. 

Here is a short breathing exercise for you, when you are moving through the current shifts in energy:

Connect with your heart center, by placing your hand on your heart chakra and breathe...

Imagine that you are breathing Divine Golden Light in and out...

With every breath see yourself glowing brighter and brighter...

Keep breathing deeply and see the light within you expand outward into your world... 

With every breath, the light around you intensifies....

Now, imagine that the light you are breathing in and out is the color of pink, to connect to the Pink Ray of Love...

Imagine your body being filled with this soft pink ray and expand outward into your world... filling your world with this soft pink ray...

When you feel complete, return your awareness to this now moment. 

Welcome back.

You are carried on the wings of Angels, to bring forth The New Earth.

Know in your heart, that you are always surrounded by your Angels, Ascended Masters, Guides, Galactic Families of Light and yes, also by your family and friends in Telos - and always will be.
