Dear brothers! I AM ADAMA!

Today we will finish the book II of TELOS, in this chapter 17.

In this chapter, Saint Germain places all his gratitude for everything we have done for humanity. Yes, my brothers, the energy of the city of Telos and many other cities intras has kept this planet on the path of ascension for a long time now. The civilization that is on the surface let itself be involved, but I don't say that with judgment, because we also made mistakes.

So for Gaia to arrive at this point, at this time, within the position she is now in the universe, and have all this capacity for ascension, a lot of things needed to be done, and all of us, the intraterrestrials, got together and did what we could, in all this time, keep the Ascension Flame lit, so that Gaia can be where she is today.

Many wonder, "What is ascension actually?" There are vibrational bands between dimensions. Today you are oscillating between the Third and the Fourth. Who's on Wednesday? Who vibrates today the purest Love that can vibrate; he no longer allows himself so many things he did in the past; he seeks glory and light as the meaning of his life.

So I say to each one of you: What is ascension? First, it's looking at each step taken by your soul, and it doesn't matter what it was, and understanding that there was a line of learning and evolution there, and that nothing can be thrown away; nor can anything be forgotten. The only thing you need to do right now is to eliminate all the energy generated in every step of this journey. All the energy of pain, all the energy of suffering, of injustice, and so many other words that encompass everything that is not Light.

You need to eliminate the energy generated at each point. And how is that done? Increasing more and more Unconditional Love in your hearts. Seeking a more effective journey of evolution. Miguel once said that you were climbing a pyramid, in which at each elevation you reached a floor. Keep having this pyramid as a fulcrum, as a point of understanding.

With each step and each floor that you reach, many things are released to you. Paths that will lead you to this cleaning, paths that will lead you to forgiveness, paths that will lead you to real evolution in the way of thinking and acting. Understand my brothers, the path is not over yet. It is still long and many floors await you.

You will still have to climb many floors. But what matters at this point? It's just that you know you're on the right path. Deep in your heart you may even doubt whether you will ascend or not. But if you are on the path, if you are looking to take one step at a time, but one step that will make you climb that pyramid, you are certainly on the right path.

But one thing is important to say: In case you don't reach that floor, whose position from there is the ascension, always remember: Your journey was not in vain. Because wherever you go, you will play your role, helping other brothers in the rise. Then your walk will have been beautiful and responsible. It may not have been this time, but we will all be here waiting for your very soon arrival; because there was little left, very little left for you to arrive, but you still needed some lessons. But rest assured, you will not be abandoned, and very, very soon you will be with us here on Earth again.
