First, we recommend to take a moment and write down all the wonderful experiences you had in 2017.

Take your time when you are doing this and allow yourself to "FEEL" all your good memories.

Savor them. 

This will generate a high vibrational frequency to determine what you wish to create in the coming year.

Then, write down how you wish to "FEEL" in 2018.

It is important to focus on the "Feeling," as your emotions create your reality, not your mind. (The mind comes in later.)

In other words, when you are focusing on the feeling and emotional state first and not the specific experiences, you are creating from the inside out. 

The positive experiences will then follow.

Here are the 7 steps to make 2018 a most wonderful year:

1. Feel how you wish to feel.
2. Continue to maintain the good feelings every day of your new year.
3. Be open to feel inspired to take action.
4. Use your mind to take inspired action.
5. Pay attention to each of your new positive experiences.
6. Write down all the things you are appreciating every day.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6.
