"Greetings, Beloved Ones. We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

Dear Ones, this weekend, we are celebrating the Spring Equinox (March 20th) and with it the awakening of nature.

Just for a moment, imagine that you are a flower or a tree and imagine that without your doing, the Creator Life Force is flowing through you, allowing you to grow and blossom.

Just by Be-ing... 
Nothing to be done...
Just be... 

This life force energy is flowing through you at all times, and the more you drop your resistance to it and open your heart to it, the easier your life will get.

The more you breathe deeply, the more you feel the love within you growing, the more you are seeing others through the eyes of love, the more you are thinking loving thoughts and the more love inspired actions you take, the more love filled creations will be in your reality. 

When you are practicing this breath of love, (breathing love in and exhaling love) you will generate a momentum that can reach an all-transmuting tipping point: Everything that is less than love will be transmuted into love, without much effort. 

Then you are in the flow of this powerful life force that creates worlds...

With every breath your resistance drops and so, we invite you to breathe slowly to soothing music, every day for 15 minutes. 

When you do this, focus only on your breath and that you are inhaling and exhaling love. 

When other thoughts want to occupy your mind, gently brush them aside and focus on your breath again. 

Do this on a regular basis and watch your life transform. 

The 2. Wave

In the past couple of weeks, the energy waves that came to this planet where quite intense, as humanity was ready to receive a new upgrade and to enter the second wave of Ascension. 

Dear Ones, please know that these intense energies have led up to the grand 2. wave of awakening for humanity. 

The first wave of awakening took place 50 years ago. In these past 50 years, the first wave individuals were the trail blazers and who made great strides in clearing the way for the majority of humanity to awaken and to create critical mass in this process. 

Dear Ones, it takes massive amounts of energies and for these very brave souls to have incarnated in the past 50 years, especially those of you who have dedicated their lives to assist humanity to awaken. 

From the center of the Earth, we thank you and we tell you this:

Your efforts have not been in vain. 

You have accomplished, what could not been accomplished for the last 12,000 years. 

Now, the floodgates of support from the Higher Dimensions and the Earth have opened up for you to carry you joyfully and safely on your divine purpose. 

For those of you, who hear the call to assist humanity:

Now, more than ever, shall you succeed to lift up your beloved planet and societies in the New Earth Reality.
