Dear Ones, for the last few days, Planet Earth has received vast amounts of Light Energy from the Galactic Core to assist you with your ascension process. 

It is designed to prepare you for the grand energy pulse on December 21st, 2020 which will trigger a profound shift for planet Earth.

Many are wondering why humanity is receiving so many energy updates and energy pulses. 

The reason for it is that humanity is undertaking a big leap in its ascension journey and the four lower body systems (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) are changing profoundly. 

In order for this to happen safely, your Higher Selves are in collaboration with the Galactic Federations of Light and all Higher Realms of Light to spread these energy upgrades out over time. 

This also allows for you to integrate these energies between pulses. 

During the integration time, your DNA, RNA and atomic structure of your cells is transforming into the higher 5th dimensional New Human body.

Also, your emotional body is able to shed the old karmic layers and heal from past experiences. 

Your mental body is able to stabilize and integrate the higher dimensional understanding of your ascension journey. 

Your spiritual body is creating a stronger and stronger connection to Source/God/Creator and your I AM presence, which is the individualized aspect of Source/God/Creator.

Leading up to the Grand Cosmic Event on December 21st, 2020, you will receive several energy upgrades and preparatory energy pulses and we encourage you to rest as much as you can, meditate to connect with your I AM presence and drink plenty of water.
