At this time, you are still receiving light codes that are assisting you in shaking loose any old beliefs and emotional energies that do not serve you anymore. 

Remain steadfast in your heart center. 

Heal and clear these beliefs and emotions with any technique that works for you.

We recommend to connect with your I AM presence and your support system such as your Galactic Family of Light, The Angels, The Ascended Masters, Your Telosian Family and other Realms of Light.

We are all here to hold the love and the light for your journey.

The energy pulses that are being sent to Earth are alternating between clearing old energies and bring in higher frequencies of light and love to lift you into the higher dimensions.

You might alternate between both experiences as well.

At times, old things will come up, ready to be healed.

Then, at times, you will feel utter bliss and love. 

This is all part of the process. 

The more you stabilize these up and downs with your meditations and asking for our assistance, the easier this journey will be for you.
