"Greetings, Beloved Ones. We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

Today, we invite you to bring your attention to your Earth Planet. 

Gaia is undergoing enormous changes and with these changes, intense energies are moving through you as well. Your energy fields are benefitting from this release of old and heavy energies.

Mother Earth is birthing the New Earth reality and humanity is called to send her much support, love and care.

You are playing a big role in assisting her and the mass consciousness to give birth to this New Earth Reality.

You can do so by holding the vision of a pristine, clean and balanced nature, where humanity and nature live in harmony.

The Earth's changes are also paving the way to assist you in your cellular, emotional and spiritual overhaul.

You are not separate from the Earth. You are one with the earth. Everything affects everything and all.

You too are going through a re-birth of your physical, emotional and spiritual body.

Currently you might experience fatigue, spaciness and dizziness, which are all indicators for you to rest and let the energies process.

Remain centered and ground yourself to mother earth, by imagining that you are a tree: 

Your feet are the roots...
Your torso is the trunk...
Your arms are the branches...
and your hair are the leaves.

Rest as much as you can, because soon, a new wave of supporting energies are coming your way to keep you quite busy.

Begin to connect to the love in your heart, the love to those around you, the love from and to mother Earth, the love for your journey.  

You are carried on the wings of Angels, to bring forth The New Earth.

Know in your heart, that you are always surrounded by your Angels, Ascended Masters, Guides, Galactic Families of Light and yes, also by your family and friends in Telos - and always will be.
