Beloved One, the cosmic energy pulses to assist planet Earth to ascend into the higher dimension are increasing in frequency and intensity.

These energy pulses contain high amounts of light codes to shake loose and release the lower density frequencies that kept humanity and all life on Earth in the lower dimensional experience. 

Notice that old feelings and experiences might surface so that they can be released. 

When that happens, it is helpful to become the "observer" of them and allow for them to simply leave your reality. 

Analysing them or continuously thinking about them will keep them in your experience longer. 

Instead, we recommend to connect with Source/God and your I AM Presence of God as much as you can.

Re-direct your attention, thoughts and focus to your I AM Presence within your heart center.

This is where you will find the purest of Love, Security and Wellbeing.

Once you have connected with it, you can go about your day.

So, whenever old energies, emotions or experiences come up, simply let them move through you and re-connect with your I AM Presence and Source/God.

Create this momentum, when you are feeling good, so that when you are feeling off balance, it is easier to return to your connection to your I AM Presence.
