The heart contains all solutions

All healing happens from the heart. People's hearts contain all solutions.

This is where the miracles are created that bring us back to our wholeness, to our wholeness, to our perfection. The power of the heart creates love and this source never runs dry. It always brings forth pure energy pulsating in love so that you can experience your connection to the Divine. Your heart holds all the keys for you that you need to live in conscious union with God.

When your ideas and blockages that block your access are dissolved, your heart can unfold its full power. The more you free your energy bodies from "energetic garbage", such as blockages and patterns that are no longer necessary, the more direct, clear and fulfilling your access to your heart will be.

The term "TO BE WARM" sums up exactly what it's all about: getting into your BEING. This path always leads through your heart.

So you not only have a physical heart beating in your chest, but also subtle hearts so that every expression of your being can be nourished by this power.

Your turning in and your return to your heart means regaining your full consciousness. The ray of light of God finds its manifestation in the expression of your heart. Your heart is thus the manifested love of God – the form in which love becomes "comprehensible".

Everything is Light and all life, in the visible and invisible world, underlies this source of energy. The heart is the visible expression of your essence, your everlasting ability to love.

In every heart the "basic information" of the true origin is stored. If you gain access to your heart, you become aware of your ancestry. By opening your heart, you automatically open all the floodgates to knowledge. Self-knowledge and your BEING – permanent and only reality from the beginning of time, from eternity to eternity – can only be experienced in this way.

To live from the heart means to always be consciously connected to the heart and to act by virtue of this love energy. All injuries, irritations and pains, all delusions, fears and blockages that burden your heart must be redeemed, clarified and transformed.

The present time requires this step of yours: YOUR purposeful work on the exposure of your heart, your eternal essence, your primordial force within you, from which you can be who you are, the primordial force that brings you into your strength and power, into your love and into the light.

The lack of heart energy

Many people suffer from heart failure and circulatory problems – bypasses are placed – others have a broken heart and this can be seen on the subtle level. Like a "crack", this pain runs through people's hearts. Every illness and every physical and psychological discomfort has its origin in the lack of heart energy – there is a lack of strength, the loving reality of your heart. This deficiency produces all diseases on all levels of your being.

A heart that is filled with pain in the long run produces illness and lovelessness.

You begin to protect yourself and bunker down even more. So that no more injury occurs, you block the way to your heart. Instead of dissolving and enlightening, you build new obstacles. Because your pain is great and your fear has you firmly in its grip. A great lack of cordiality has happened to you – and in order to avoid a repetition of this pain, you close your inner gates and banish all cordiality from your everyday life.

Now nothing can hurt you, but nothing can touch you either. This is the consequence of your decision and through many lifetimes this pattern has accompanied you.

Healing a broken and wounded heart on all your levels requires all your attention and courage to go through the pain again and release it forever, to let it go so that it enters the ocean of love – there every energy, every expression of feeling, every thought, every pattern and also every pain finds its way back.

In the ocean of love, everything finds salvation!

It is the eternal place of grace so that we can get out of this reality, out of the reality of negative and pain-laden energies. Turning to your heart means having the courage to look at your pain, at these injuries that have been at home in you for a long time and prevent you from "BEING WARM".

Therefore, it is imperative to invoke the light, invite it and thus signal your readiness.

The light heals and does everything, it redeems and dissolves. Like a laser beam, it removes your "protective constructions" that block your way into your heart. The light and your heart attract each other as if by themselves, because they are of the same essence – both are expressions of love: the heart as a formative expression of your being and the light as a formless, all-pervading ray from the divine primordial source. This marriage is urgently needed and a requirement of this time.

The earth needs healthy people who work from a liberated heart. Light is the solution! It takes your intention – again your "YES, I DO!", your confession and your courage are required to clean up on all your levels, on all your dimensions, in order to contribute as a complete being – whole and whole – to the good of creation.

The heart is the key

The opening of the heart is the most essential step on your way back to unity. You can explore all techniques and knowledge possibilities, go through psychological analyses or attend all "self-awareness seminars", whatever you try, everything is worthless if you don't get into your heart – worthless!

Any therapy that only works on the symptoms is absolutely worthless! It's just new frustration – or new anesthesia, it's like immobilization.

Any process that is not focused on your whole being and especially on regaining the power of your heart is just another contribution to keeping you away from your true, loving essence.

Your heart is the central issue, any irritation in this regard brings discomfort or pain. Constant irritation produces illness, agonizing restlessness, insecurity and lovelessness.

The heart is the key to all the problems that are currently enslaving the earth so massively. The imbalance between peoples, the intolerance between cultures and the lack of understanding between religions are an unmistakable sign that people's hearts are still full of pain and hurt and that these wounds call for healing.

All the conflicts that sweep the earth on an unprecedented scale are the all-drowning cry for unity. They are the unmistakable cry for love, the desire for cordiality.

Where does your heart call out to you? You can hardly hear it, because there are still obstacles built in front of it! Where does your pain lurk, where have you not dared to look so far? What global pain has not yet been released in you? Is xenophobia just an issue for others? Are social rank, fame and power, envy, anger, jealousy, hatred and greed just an issue for others?

All your conflicts are built on these feelings! Be brave and turn to your inner world, your "history" generated by many, many lives. Observe the outside, but always look inwards – be attentive and claim the light!

"Please, and it's given to you!"

This is not a "nice" formula, but the only true and eternal reality. Claim the light, invoke it – and instantly it will unfold its effect. Call the light, and you will be led to your knowledge.

There will be people around you who will accompany you. Especially the first steps back into your heart are important. You will regain your trust and gradually get rid of any fear. You have to change, transform, be reborn in order to shine in all your beauty for your fellow human beings.

Therefore, trust in the light and divine grace!

You will be guided and receive all the life circumstances that will help you move forward at the time that is optimal for you. Your pure intention also moves your world on the outside. Observe well and you will be amazed at the wonders you encounter.

Your heart holds all the solutions. The light takes you back to where you once came from – a long, long time ago and of your own free will.

Your heart holds all the answers, and the keys to them are within you. Dare to take this step into your heart, back into your inner familiarity, into your being!

Infinite abundance and immeasurable love are your gift, which is given as soon as you open the doors and enter into your all-healing and loving heart.
