Spiritual Growth, otherwise known as a Path to Enlightenment, is the focus of those living in the New Era.

It is a continuous process of increasing your energetic signature. Many variables can affect your vibration. Emotional and environmental factors influence your Aggregate of Light, which determines your resonance. 

Other people can significantly affect the vibrational level of your Light Body as well. However, you can make a conscious effort to maintain the highest vibration, no matter what is going on around you.

Think Positive Thoughts, Speak Positive Words

This may seem obvious, but its importance cannot be over emphasized. Each thought and word has a vibration. In fact everything has a vibration. You are made up of energy, which moves in, out, and through your multi-dimensional body, at a rate determined by the level at which you vibrate.

You may resonate with some vibrations and not with others, because your vibration is attracted to, neutral, or repelled by all other vibrations. This is why you are drawn to certain people, colors, music, spiritual modalities, and all other aspects of life.

Vibrations are constantly changing, usually so slowly that you normally do not notice. Over time, you may observe that another person has transformed, and you no longer feel the same way about them.

Perhaps you feel uneasy or uncomfortable in their presence. The familiarity that once existed with this person, no longer remains, and you become more distant from one another. In some cases the other person may leave  your sphere for a time, or even forever. 

Alternatively, a new sensation might be felt in their company, and a deeper, closer, and  you recognized a more loving connection. There are many ways one type of energy can interact with another, but it is human nature to seek out the vibrations with which one resonates. In other words, like attracts like.

In mathematics, the term positive means greater than zero. Similarly, positive words are life-sustaining, creating an environment for spiritual growth. The opposite is also true, negative vibrations do not contribute to energetic well-being, in fact, they hamper it.

Therefore, speaking positive words and thinking positive thoughts are the most basic steps in your spiritual journey. By setting your intention to do so, you are creating an energetic state that allows energy to flow freely in all aspects of your being.

When you are relaxed, meditating, listening to calm music, or doing energy work you have the opportunity to go within yourself, where all is calm and peaceful.

You can recreate that vibration any time or anywhere, by returning to the Sacred Space within you. It is a place where the flow of Light is unhampered, creating an overall feeling of well-being.

The more positive energy and Light that is brought into your energy body, the more you are resonating with higher vibrations.

It has been said that humans exist in many dimensions. This is true, but sometimes the notion of a dimension is a bit too linear. Each soul occupies a point in space. From this point of consciousness you may expand both outward and inward, in an infinite number of dimensions. As this occurs, so does your spiritual growth.

In order to facilitate the process, return to the Sacred Space within you. You can do it, but first you must have the intention.
