All my life I’ve loved being out in nature—whether at the ocean, in the mountains, or just wandering through a beautiful flower garden. One of my favorite places to wander is the redwood forests of northern California.
Those majestic trees have an incredible energy. I can get lost in that energy just sitting at their roots. I feel at one with the tree, with myself, with all living creatures, and with Mother Earth herself.
One of the most powerfully healing things you can do is to surround yourself with the beauty and peace of nature.
It can be as simple as taking a walk in the woods, watching a sunrise over the sea or the sun setting over the mountains. It does not have to be anything elaborate.
All that’s required is you be fully in the present moment. Forget the past, have no thought for the future. Just be here now.
When you do that you draw to yourself all the healing powers and qualities of the natural world. This can heal you on every level—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.
You can literally create heaven on earth when you immerse yourself in the quiet, peaceful beauties of your Mother Earth. As you do that time fades away. There is no time, no past, no future. There is only now.
There is only the full awareness and consciousness of your being, your true self. It is your true self that is embracing nature and healing whatever in you needs healing.
You will feel a deep sense of timeless peace. You will know pure bliss. You will know all is well, all is perfect.
As you watch this magnificent video, focus on just being in the moment. You will feel a deep sense of connectedness to all that is. Thank you, Susan!
In the early 1980s John took a spiritual development course, and was introduced to his first spirit guide, Lydia. After Lydia arrived, three other guides also came to him: Archangel Michael, Tamarra, and Chief Joseph. Today these are John’s four main guides.
Besides his four main ones, John has various other guides. The entire group is really a multidimensional collective consciousness. John refers to the entire group simply as “Spirit.”
