I still see in some of you that you were just holding on to something that was incredibly important to you and it feels like a betrayal to let it go. So, whatever that may be, allow it to come up just bring it up, bring it up, bring it up ~whew~ there you go.  ~whew~ let it go.

As you let go whatever that was, within you, maybe it’s in your thoughts and beliefs, maybe it’s within your emotions; but wherever it may be in just about every one of you, there’s a deep sense of sadness, disappointment that moves beyond the anger and frustration and it’s just that deep place within you.  Allow for that sadness to come up. If there’s something in your belief system that just regurgitates this taking it around and around and around again and again and again let that come up ~whew~ let it go.
