Speaking of self-sabotage or old belief systems:

Look at your life as if it is played out in front of you and ask yourself the question; has there been programming or do I have old beliefs that no longer serve me?

For some you may see exactly what it’s talking about, for others, it may be just that certain things are opaque and not as clear. If it is keeping you from being able to see clearly then acknowledge whatever it may be, take a deep breath in ~whew~ and clear it out.
