I invite each one of you to take a moment where with your consciousness you are breathing down as if you merge with your human physicality. However, we do so by bringing what it feels like to be you the human into this higher frequency.

As you breathe within allow that focus or that awareness to move through you in such a way that you go through your energy bodies, you connect with your bloodstream and you follow down until you align with the signature cells that have created you.

This is something you can practice so that it works consistently in your life.
