There Are No Shortcuts - Part 1

There are no shortcuts to enlightenment.  It could be sped up or slowed down, depending on some factors, but there is no magic pill, no method or modality, no nutritional program, exercise protocol, no outside substance, no matter how pure or organic, that makes us more awake, aware, more conscious or enlightened.

Some plants have vibrational properties that can mimic more consciousness, a more Expanded state.  And for someone who has been operating mostly in a linear, mental reality, it can be of benefit, raising their vibration to a higher level, (cannabis matches the frequency of the 4th dimension, or the astral plane – more on that in Part 2) and giving them a sense of expansiveness and peace.

But the problem is that state of consciousness is not translatable when the effects wear off.  And the person is still faced with the same issues and emotions they wanted to escape from.  At best it offers some temporary relief, and if used regularly, it does come with a price.  That being a kind of disconnect of the mind and the soul, a lack of true clarity.

Enlightenment  is all about being present, and clear .  And we have come to discover that clarity is absolutely delicious. It’s the ultimate high.

Someone who has become more clear, more conscious, may have no effects or negative effects from the plant, let’s say for example, cannabis.  That’s because their vibration has exceeded those of the plant.

For medicinal purposes the plant can offer much.  But again, in the embodied enlightenment process, the ultimate goal is to utilize the soul to do all the healing necessary.

Many of us have noticed that the old methods and modalities no longer work for us.  Whether it’s medicines, nutritional supplements, or herbs.  They seem to have minimal or no effect.  This can be very frustrating.  Especially if there is pain involved.

But it’s primarily because our vibration is simply not a match to the substances.  And, as I have mentioned before, often it’s because we are not ready, on whatever level, to release the condition.

And if we are, there is a tendency to attribute it to something outside ourself, whether it’s a medicine, a supplement, some type of diet, or whatever.

But we know better now.  We know that nothing comes to us unless we are aligned with our soul.  It’s a time of reckoning.

As our light body integrates with our physical body, many things come up to be cleared. Initially there are more sensitivities as the light body adjusts to being in the physical.   But as we are more integrated, we can actually tolerate more and more substances, foods, etc, not less.  And that is because the light body is impervious to damage for the most part.

This means our body will not get sick as much, and if it does it can heal much more quickly.  It means we can enjoy a varied diet, and not worry about gaining weight or having a negative reaction to the foods.

We will probably eat less because we will be taking our nourishment from spirit more.  But we will probably want to enjoy foods on a whole new level.  Not because of their nutritional value so much, but simply because they taste good.

You see, dear fellow ascendee, it’s not about getting out of these bodies.  It’s all about bringing spirit into them on such an intimate level.  So that spirit can enjoy intimately and sensuously, its own creation.

And you see, spirit is not sensitive or fragile.  Yes, it is discerning with what it chooses to participate, especially relative to other people.  But the light body cannot  be destroyed, and consequently it adds to the health and well-being of the physical vessel.  The physical body, once integrated, will reap the benefits of such an integration.

Even now, before the total recalibration, it would be a shame not to enjoy our life.  To be afraid to participate with some foods or activities for fear of hurting the body.  Yes, our body is sensitive now, and needs extra special care.  But self deprivation is helping no one, including the body.

I enjoy a varied diet, and always make sure I have some yummy desert.  I am not shy with carbs.  I like my comfort foods.  In fact, as long as the body is still carbon based to whatever degree, it probably still craves certain foods that are heavier, like creams, meats, cheeses, etc.

there is no point in trying to push the body into a diet that it can’t connect with.  It’s important to honor all the desires, of a sensual nature, of the body and of the soul.

You cannot diet your way to your recalibration.

The best thing we can do for our body is to allow it to go through whatever it’s going through with as little interference as possible.  The moment we begin wrestling with our decisions of whether we should do this or do that, it cuts off the flow of our spirit.

Showing respect to our body isn’t necessarily what we think it is.  It’s not pushing to do or to eat things that don’t really appeal to us.  It’s just loving the body as it is.  It’s just showing the body, through some massage or self touch that we honor and love it.

And it’s not allowing ourself to react to all the symptoms as if they are our symptoms.  They are not.  They are issues and conditions that are coming up to be set free.  They are passing through us.  Albeit much more slowly than any of us ever expected.

But we don’t help the process by trying to wrestle with those symptoms or by trying to analyze them.  Again, as soon as we go to the mind and it’s need to control, we cut off the flow.

And for those who think more information, more knowledge about this process speeds it up, it doesn’t.  The only thing that more knowledge does is it helps the mind to quiet down, which is fine.  But the mind has an unquenchable thirst for more information, and that search and asking process keeps us in the mental and not in the physical.

And as you are noticing, the action for now is in the physical.

So there is no shortcut to enlightenment.  It requires diving deep into self, and allowing all the so-called negative, dense, and sometimes frightening emotions.  It’s allowing all the emotions to move through us, and it takes an adept being to do that.  It takes lots of discomfort initially, as those emotions are allowed to be.

But the adept soul gradually learns how to work with those emotions, not by analyzing them or fighting them, not by making them their truth, but by allowing their Expanded self to come in closer, to love them and thereby transcending all of the pain.

It doesn’t mean there is never any pain or emotional discomfort, but the awakened and clear and conscious creator has chosen who they wish to be in the driver’s seat of their life.

And this in turn makes the unfolding so much easier for those who follow.
