A common misconception in metaphysical circles today is that ascension from our 3D world will skip over 4D and take us right into 5D. Yes, we will be at the doorstep of 5D one thousand years from now but, today, we're about to take the first step and ascend from physical 3D into physical 4D.

Actually, the descriptions of life in "5D" sound more like what actually exists in Upper 4D, so let's clear up any confusion by reviewing how the universe is structured...

Density Levels of Consciousness

These are sometimes referred to as "dimensions" and are described in detail in the e-book Spiritual Metaphysics: Answers to the Great Mysteries of Life. This is a brief summary of that material:

Twelve primary layers of consciousness exist, each one more compressed and focused than the one above it. Atomic particles like electrons vibrate at a first-density (1D) level, while the rarified realms of divine intelligence function from the top levels.

The three divine levels (10D-12D) reflect the triune nature of the Creator.

The three cosmic levels (7D-9D) are the conscious levels of planets, suns, and galaxies.

The three spiritual levels (4D-6D) are the conscious levels of the afterlife, soul planes, and the angelic realms.

The three basic levels (1D-3D) are the building blocks of physical existence - atomic particles, plants and animals, then intelligent life forms.

Also note that there is a difference between Conscious Level and Location Level. This physical earth is at a Location Level of 3D. There is no 2D Earth or 1D Earth.

Our 3D Location Level accommodates the consciousness of 1D atomic particles, 2D plant and animal life, 3D humans, some 4D temporarily earthbound spirits, a presence of 5D soul consciousness, and 6D angelic and archangelic intelligences constantly scanning the world for signals from people asking for spiritual help.

The Human Realms of Existence

Third density (3D) is currently home to physical human beings. It is a realm of self-awareness and intellectual development. While your physical body is currently located in third density, your mind is free to roam to other frequencies or density levels of awareness.

Fourth density (4D) is home to spirits in the afterlife and it can also support physical humans. There are numerous sub-realms of existence within fourth density, with the lower sub-realms being more dense than the higher sub-realms. While spirit or "astral" beings are ethereal and ghost-like relative to us, they are solid to each other, so spirits are correctly referred to as quasi-physical rather than nonphysical beings.

Fifth density (5D) is home to soul consciousness and is a nonphysical realm of spiritual light and sound energies. Traditionally, 5D is referred to as the higher mental realms. Although souls are perceived as separate individuals in 5D, just as we are in the physical realm, they are also fully attuned to their connectedness with each other. Soul bodies are nonphysical fields of higher mental energy. Your soul can also be referred to as your higher self or as the superconscious aspect of your total field of awareness.

Life After the Ascension

As detailed in the e-book Ascension to a Higher World, we are about to be risen to a higher realm of existence thanks to the planet's imminent ascension from physical 3D to physical 4D.

The initial density level for ascended humanity will be the same realm to which people currently pass into when entering the afterlife. That realm will have been vacated for our use by those in the afterlife, who will have been ascended to a higher realm.

Upon our arrival in 4D, the cells of our bodies will still be mostly physical (i.e. composed of electric particles) but will shift to having some etheric (spirit) energy cells mixed in. Imagine, with bodies made up of weightless etheric cells mixed in with the mostly-physical ones, we'll benefit from an instant weight loss. What a bonus!

Your Ascended Human Abilities

In that higher level of physical existence, people will notice that the development of their inner senses has become relatively effortless. Intuition-supported thought will become commonplace. Telepathy between loved ones will become easy to develop. Contact with friends and relatives who have passed on will become ever more commonplace.

People will begin to perceive the etheric light that radiates from their bodies and other fourth-density matter. Colors will take on deeper hues and sounds will expand in depth, creating a whole new range of possibilities in the arts. People will have less need for solid physical food than before, consuming more light foods and liquid nutrition.

Over the next one thousand years, those who choose to incarnate on 4D planet Earth will experience increasingly less dense cellular structure as they prepare to move even higher into nonphysical 5D existence. We'll start the ascension with 25% of our bodies being made of etheric substance, rising to 100% etheric as humanity rises through the sub-realms of 4D over the centuries. At that point, people will materialize anything they need from the etheric energy in the atmosphere using mental intention.

Eventually, everyone will have one job description - to serve humanity in the most joyful way in which they are capable. The work environment will be filled with opportunities for learning new skills and creating better ways to serve people's needs.

The common goal of ascended life will be to create Heaven on Earth.
