Beloved Holy Ones,

The light within you is strengthening each day.

This is important to affirm during the time of purification when there is a greater separation between the energies of spiritual light and those energies which are not of love.

There is an acceleration happening dearest Beloveds. The oppositional forces that seek to prevent the expansion of light have become more manifest and are affecting the consciousness of humanity, and yet the light within each being is being strengthened.

At this time, dearest holy ones, you have great freedom of choice.

It is important to understand and to believe in the love in your heart. Even if you are not able to feel the light in your body, you can believe in the love in your heart and in your essential nature.

This is important dearest holy ones, so that you do not allow yourself to be influenced by other energies which can work not only in obvious ways, but in subtle ways.

There are some energies that are not of the light that are obvious if you find passing through you negation or rage or other negativity. This is very clear and easy to discern in those circumstances.

Dearest holy ones, it is helpful to affirm "I am a child of love", and to continue to focus there and to pray for the other energies to be freed from you and from your sacred body.

This is the process of purification dearest holy ones, however, there are other energies that are much more subtle.

These may not be obvious to you, dearest holy ones. In fact, they may seem so much like you, and yet cover your experience of your heart.

These types of energies work more quietly and appear convincing and generally influence the mind at points of choice.

When there is a calling of the heart that is encouraging you to go in an important direction that is needed for your soul expression, there can be other energies that arise, that appear very rational with all the reasons why you should not follow your heart.

Dearest, holy ones, it is helpful with these types of energies to have an enhanced awareness of what feels like love in your heart.

That is where a regular spiritual practice of any kind can be helpful, so that the path to your heart becomes familiar and clear.

When it is disrupted, you can have more of an understanding of what is the truth within you.

Dearest holy ones, we encourage you to strengthen the vibration of your heart, and also to understand that there are a very large number of people on the planet who are holding this space of love.

If you find yourself struggling, see if you can attune to this vibration that is holding the planet.

Many, many beings who are incarnated are holding the space of love, and also there are many beings not incarnated, holding this space also.

The holy Earth herself carries this vibration of love, so there is much support around you to contact what is your deepest truth. We encourage you to remain faithful to this truth, which is very important at this time. With all love and blessings, Amen.
