1021: We’ve all heard that our thoughts create reality, in both the positive and negative realms. Today we are being asked to sharpen our positive focus. Do your best to eliminate fear and doubt as they can create temporary setbacks to your overall manifestation process. The Universe will be helping us to elevate our thoughts and energies. Believe in the best possible outcome in any situation that pops up including things that you are currently experiencing. Remember that help is just a request away so don’t hesitate to ask your divine support team to heal any doubts or fears that are weighing you down. Allow yourself to fly free and take the next steps in creating all that you need!.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

• The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

• The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

• Carnelian is used for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

• Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.
