At this time we are being gifted with the opportunity to follow an internal process of reflection which is enabling us to reconnect our physical, material life with the life of our spirit. With this process we are being guided to align our goals and intentions with our soul’s truth which will give us the ability to see deeply into our current life situations, experiences and relationships.

Now is the time to slow down, pause and reflect, to allow your inner light access to the darker regions of your psyche. As you confront these darker aspects your doubts and fears will arise to be unified within the totality of your soul. Accept yourself as a blending of light and dark, of higher and lower vibrations, and you will discover a new way of expressing your authenticity in the world. It is this new expression that will enable you to fully anchor your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual self within the essence of your soul.
