Increase in Solar Activity

A solar flare erupted from the Sun around the Equinox creating a solar storm, which hit us over the weekend. Solar flares are gaseous eruptions that can be seen in the Sun. These flashes release intense energy which can temporarily disrupt Earth's electromagnetic fields. This incoming energy impacts our energy field playing havoc with our central nervous system.

As a result, you may be feeling exhausted with strange aches and pain, headaches, flu like symptoms, dizziness, anxiety, mood swings and increased sensitivity. Thankfully this will pass over the next few days as you integrate and ground the incoming energy. The energy is intense so make time over the next few days to ground, center and balance yourself. Drink lots of water, gentle exercise and rest as much as possible.
