Part of our purpose on Earth is to balance our energies so that we may return to a state of wholeness. When we are balanced we are able to flow in harmony with the universal shifts and changes. We are able to both nurture and provide for ourselves and our communities. We are able to manifest, express and demonstrate our unique qualities wisely and productively.

Today the average person is experiencing a major identity crisis which has been created by the upheaval of the old energetic structures of the world. As a result negative blockages, patterns and memories have been surfacing for release so that you may feel your soul’s truth. Work with the huge energy surges flooding the planet and you will find it easier to manage and balance yourself emotionally, mentally and physically. Look beyond the impressions, feelings and reactions of the external world and cultivate a deeper understanding of your own inner reality. As much as possible bring some inner quiet to your daily life.
