Hello Powerful Light,

Well, this is palpable. 

My whole body has been buzzing since I awoke, sometimes feeling as if I was about to start shaking outright.

As I sat for my morning meditation, I realized it was Scorpio eclipse day. 

Powerful. As Scorpio is. 

I was ruminating on Navigating Change, as the energy since early-ish April has felt pretty smooth, even though it has also felt like rapid movement. 

Then I would feel shock waves of release at times as the intensity of the eclipse made itself known within. It was as if I wanted to run. RUN! is more like it. :o)

An internal, visceral and emotional feeling. 

I soothed that with awareness, understanding and breathing. It quickly passed, but I was surprised by the intensity of it. 

Where I feel it affecting us strongly is in the back of the heart/throat area with a great shifting of the subconscious and the frontal lobe. 

I mentioned the first part of the year feeling like heart foundation time and this next phase moving us into more mental focus so the mind is attuned to the heart. 

This eclipse feels like a doorway of that.

Root deeper to grow higher. 

I felt compelled to reread the May energies channeling on Navigating Change. A few things stood out. 

This point of points is a new depth and movement.

Plus, it's companion: 

It is your birthright to participate in the constant change of it.

As I was feeling the moments of overwhelm from deep waters stirring I reminded myself that I'm not treading, I'm making waves. 

These are the signals of change. Change is here. Change is constant. 

You are changing this world with Love. It's the Light work. 

I hope the deepness reminds you there is a world of support beneath you and a universe of Love all around you.
