"You are precious, remarkable, and more valued than you know.  We see you as you are," the Grandmothers said.  "We're not blinded by conditioning the way you are, nor are we limited by culture.  We see things the way they are.  Pure and simple," they said.  "Nothing mars our vision so when we tell you, 'we see you,' believe it.

"You too will one day be able to see in this way," they assured me.  "You too will have divine vision, and when that happens, you will know a degree of joy and freedom you haven't experienced yet.  But until then, enjoy the glimpses of truth we show you now.  And," they paused, looking thoughtful, "we would like to show you more."

Fanning their hands quickly from side to side, they made a dismissive movement.  "Drop your identification with your body and with your personality for a moment," they said, "and ask us to step in, in order to 'see' through you.  Ask us to look out the windows of your eyes, to observe the people and situations in your life as they really are and then to look into a mirror and see you as YOU really are.  We will do that," the Grandmothers said, nodding matter-of-factly.  "Let us.

"There's no judgment in us," they said.  "There's no hurry, and there's no worry in us either.  There's no downside to being us," they said and I laughed out loud when I heard that.  Nodding, they said, "Actually there's no downside to being you either.  Let us see through you, hear through you, work through you and love through you.  Invite us in," they said. "Ask us to do that and we will," they promised.  "And every time you allow us in, you'll experience a bit of your true state of being.  You aren't limited," the Grandmothers assured me, shaking their heads.  "You aren't small or faulty, wounded or lacking in anything," they said.  "That's just the conditioning you've received in life.  That's what you've been trained to believe, but it's not true at all," they said, again waving their hands in dismissal.

"If you let us, we will now begin to lead you into magnificence," the Grandmothers said.  "We'll awaken you to who you are.  You are Divine," they said, throwing their heads back and showing themselves as the regal queens they are.  "You are deep and you are true.  You are more real," they said, "than what you think of as 'reality.'"  And gathering themselves close to me, the Grandmothers laughed and said, "You ARE the real deal."
