Yes, news sources just awarded Pennsylvania's electoral votes to Biden, taking him over the 270 threshold. I have the astrological chart for that moment when the announcement occurred.

Of course counting continues in several states, but right now he's over the threshold, and likely will also take electoral votes in Nevada, Arizona, and maybe even Georgia. Of course the lawsuits will continue, since republicans are sore losers as well as lousy winners. With Venus ruling the 4th in the 9th opposing Mars in the 3rd still retrograde, expect a highly acrimonious next few days.
