New Moon in Aquarius is Saturday, January 21 at 3:55 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
This New Moon brings into alignment a gentler time than we have experienced over the past few months. Even though you may feel an influx of fresh energy that inspires you to get out there and jump into something new, pace yourself and tread carefully and consciously into this unknown.
We can expect a bit more clarity and continued sense of healing in the process of assimilating what has bubbled up from the underworld in the past few weeks. The time however is still tender, emotionally vulnerable and requiring reflection as to what you truly want. There is good spirit medicine available to continue any healing process, whether it be physical or emotional. Connect to the wisdom of nature, your own medicine, and your allies that may bring you healing through new information or new forms of support.
It is a good time to revisit any intentions you may have set for the new year and refine them as needed. Be careful not to make them too rigid or concrete but rather come from a place of how you wish to feel every day as you get out of bed and face your possibilities. Keeping some open space to accommodate something you never would have thought of but is in alignment with you will invite spirit to connect you with something new and wonderful.
Many of you may be feeling unproductive and frustrated at the slow start to action. Productivity is not always related to action. There has been a very powerful and deep transition taking place, the results of which will not be physically seen for awhile. Pay attention to your dreams and what you are drawing to yourself in terms of people, experiences, opportunities, insights, and inspiration. It is good to remember that when one door closes another one opens. So, instead of staring at the closed door and willing it to reopen, turn instead towards the one opening and explore a new possibility, a new landscape, a new beginning. To support a new beginning, do something you have never done before around this new moon time and be open to wonderful surprises.
