Thursday is Thanksgiving here in the U.S. – a wonderful celebration of gratitude.
When your heart is filled with gratitude it begins to vibrate and oscillate, and any other person who is grateful will vibrate at the same time.
Just like a roomful of tuning forks.
If you strike the note of G or C on the tuning fork and let it ring, and all the other C’s or G’s in the room vibrate.
The same goes for any of your emotions.
How you feel will oscillate waves of energy.
Thinking does not have the same impact. Thoughts create form.
Only your emotional state will vibrate it all into being.
Thinking through life is a mental process and does not engage the heart. If you want to raise your vibration, you want to feel.
Until you ENGAGE your heart, you will feel like life is moving slowly. Putting emotion behind any intention activates it vibrationally – and vibration attracts other like vibration.
So you have to engage your heart-felt emotions to create motion.
Thankfulness makes your heart sing with joy.
Embrace with your heart all those special people in your life whom you are grateful for.
Then extend that gratitude to challenging situations and people who have crossed your path – all have contributed to your growth.
Give thanks to old programming because it showed you who truly are not! Gratitude releases you from those programs.
As you give thanks, always move back into your heart-centered space.
Give thanks to the beauty of polarity and duality – without it there would be very little variation. Polarity allows you to experience a huge range of emotions.
If you feel joy but haven’t experienced loneliness or grief, you don’t have something to compare and contrast that joy with, so it would not have the same special feeling to you.
Yes the joy feels good – yet, if you didn’t know any differently, you would not have that deep appreciation for it.
You would not feel compassion in the same way.
You would not be as sensitive and caring without exploring contrast in your life.
Experiencing both low and high frequencies makes life all the more sweet for having had the experience.
Thanksgiving comes at the time of harvest.
To till the land, plant the seeds, nurture the seedlings, care for the crops and harvest them when ripe requires a whole gamut of emotional commitment to life itself.
Be grateful for ALL of it.
For everyone who has contributed to your life in ALL ways.
For all the sustenance and inspiration you have received from Mother Earth.
May you have a blessed day and beautiful Thanksgiving!
With deep gratitude,
Tania Gabrielle
