Knowing That The World Is Changing Rapidly And Crime Is Everywhere Will Allow You To Settle And Become Still And Quiet Where You Currently Reside. For Moving To A New Location Will Not Provide The Feeling Of Peace And Safety. Only This Truth Of Being Is Found Within. Many Spend Their Hard-Earned Money To Relocate As They Are Fearful In Their Current Location. To Their Dismay, They Are Fearful In The Next Location. Stop Running And Find The Greatest Sense Of Well Being In The Solace Of Your Soul.

Many People Are Running Through Life With A Particular Goal In Mind. For Some It Is The Attainment Of  Perceived Fame Or Fortune. They Run And Run Through Their Short Waking Dream With Only Thoughts Of Having More Money Than Others And Notoriety With Accolades Of Attention Brought By Status. Reaching The Self-Made Pinnacle, They Feel Let Down And Lost. Running Has Taken Them Far From The True Self.

Others Strive To Have Perfect Bodies And Faces With The Notion That This Makes Them Superior To Others. Believing They Look Younger With Each Trip To The Gym And Each Visit To Plastic Surgeons, Many Run Harder And Faster To A Place Than Can Never Be Reached. Exhausted And Bewildered, They Look Into A Mirror And Never See What Others See. They Have Become Distorted From Truth And Many No Longer Resemble The Normal Appearance They Began With Before Running To The Impossible!

As You Move Through Your Life In Form, Relax. Just BE. Stop Running! Breathe Deeply!
