My dear friends, we love you so very much,

There is upon your planet a great deal of fear right now, as the world slowly realizes that no amount of attempting to control others can guarantee your happiness, your safety, or your abundance. After centuries of attempting to control the external, it is time upon your earth when you are beginning to realize where your true power lies.

How is it some people sail through tough financial times with abundance? How does one person stay home and avoid a shooting while another is present for the incident? How is it that one person has freedom in their body while millions of others feel bondage?

The answer is, was, and always will be this – your vibration is 100% behind what you attract or allow into your life. Your thoughts create your feelings which are also recipes for chemical cocktails in the body. The chemistry of your cells creates different energetic emissions and you send out a signal as clear as a phone dialing a number, thus becoming a receiver to all else that matches your signal.

You came into this life knowing that you were free to create, regardless of the external situations or circumstances. You came in knowing that you could select from the buffet of life and focus on with great anticipation, what you desire. You knew these thoughts of anticipation would create feelings of delight, and these would create a chemistry in the body that in turn emits energies that "dial you in" to the reality you wish to create. You had no illusion before birth that you were at the mercy of the external. You knew you were free.

Here upon the earth, however, after centuries of conditioning that has been passed down, you have been brainwashed, trained, and indoctrinated in a belief system that you are at the mercy of the external. This will forever leave you fearful, unsatisfied, and angry. This notion that you are controlled causes great chaos in your hearts because in your depth, you KNOW you are vibrational tuners. Your soul knows that you are free.

When your human thoughts and beliefs beliefs are in disagreement with what your soul and the Divine know to be true, you feel bad. When your human thoughts and beliefs are in agreement with what your soul and the Divine know to be true, you feel fantastic. Usually, you have a mixture going on within you – agreeing with your soul on some topics and disagreeing on others.

For example, when you think of someone or something you love, you are in pure agreement with your soul who sees all things and beings as worthy of love. Love feels fantastic! Whether you are loving a person, a piece of chocolate, or a beautiful flower, in that moment of pure, unconditional love, you and the Divine are 100% aligned. You feel great!

Likewise when you feel free to choose your thoughts, feelings, vibration, and therefore reality you feel empowered. You feel good. You and the Divine are 100% aligned. If you allow yourself to ponder the miracle of you, you and the Divine are 100% aligned.

To the contrary, when you feel limited or bound by the actions or choices of others, you feel unrest, anger, or frustration. You are fighting with what your soul knows to be true. You are fighting love. You are fighting and arguing against your soul's knowledge of its own freedom, and you don't feel so good about this. Likewise, when someone misbehaves and you are unable to focus on something else, or the goodness beneath the bad behavior, you feel bad. Your soul and the Divine are always in love with all souls, always focused on who they really are, always empowering only the love within them, no matter how buried beneath bad behaviors.

Sometimes, dear ones, we understand, that you feel it is difficult to align with deep unconditional love. Nonetheless, you can always choose to love yourself and focus on something or someone better. You can focus on what you want, rather than what you feel another is robbing you of. You can focus on the things, people, solutions, situations, and outcomes that feel good. You do not have to feel good about bad behaviors. You simply have to take your focus and point it on something that does feel better, because then, you and your soul and the Divine are aligned. In that reality, you feel good. You feel God. You are moving towards all that you desire.

While some would say we are advocating a denial of "reality," our truth is that we are advocating a focus on the real reality that lies beneath what you call "reality". We are advocating for a focus on love, a focus on the goodness beneath all things, beings, and situations. We are advocating that you take your tuner and aim it at something which feels like love so you and the Divine can be aligned, and you can experience the love, safety, security, freedom, joy, and abundance that you came to experience.

Dear ones, don't give your power to the external. There are many who would willingly take it. The insecure want you to believe they have power over you because they are not connected with their true power. Don't buy into their stories. The wounded ones want you to believe they can hurt you so you'll keep them company in their misery. Don't go there. There are countless things in the world going on, where those who are not aligned with their soul and the Divine want you to believe that you are as powerless as they feel, but you are anything but powerless.

When you know how to aim your thoughts at things that feel good, you begin to control your very chemistry, your energy, and all that you attract or allow into your life. Dear ones, you are powerful. Don't let the world convince you that you are anything less. Don't let the world convince you that you are not free. Don't let the world talk you into feelings of insecurity, lack, and disorder. You are so much more than that and a peaceful, abundant, harmonious reality is yours to focus upon and thereby to experience. In so doing, in allowing yourself this beauty and grace, you become a light for the world.

Message from Ann...

Hi Everyone,

I am writing this on the Fourth of July – Independence Day, here in the US. I feel very free today. I don't have to work, but I am choosing to because I've got a lot going on this week and it'll make the week easier to get ahead a bit.

I know many people aren't feeling so free right now. It is all too easy to feel subject to the decision of others. Right now the battles – wars, gun laws, feelings about the latest Supreme Court decision, to name a few topics – are pretty intense. The anxiety over shootings is pretty intense, and my inbox is filled with people in need of help. Luckily the angels always have the answer... "Choose the next best thought. Remember your freedom to vibrate, and therefore attract, as you choose."

I spent decades trying to control my external world, to no avail. It didn't make me happy, nor did it empower anyone else. When I was younger I was very, intensely, Catholic. I had a beautiful experience in the church. I felt God at mass. I loved Jesus, Mary, and the angels as much then as I do now. I used to sneakily pray the rosary under the covers at night because I felt a deep connection to Mary. I got up early in college for morning mass. The experience was predominantly good.

Nonetheless, looking back there are some things I think about very differently now. I thought my way was the high way, the right way, and the only way. I learned what it meant to be a "good person" and felt everyone else needed to learn too. Sad but true! It was the way many of us were raised. In high school, I went on pro-life, anti-abortion marches at the Capitol and lobbied congressmen. I parroted all I'd been told and believed it to be true. Imagine my amazement after I started talking to angels when I learned some very different perspectives from heaven.

I'll never forget the first conversation I had with a woman who had an abortion decades prior. This beautiful soul was not allowing herself the joy she truly deserved in spite of a good life and a good marriage. She was plagued with guilt and it was starting to manifest in health problems as well.

The angels came through with a perspective, I would never have considered during my arrogant teenage years when I "knew it all." The soul of the aborted child came through with a message that changed my life and perspective as well. "I knew I was never going to be born. I knew you'd abort the body I created. I also knew that, as one of your guides, you needed a wake-up call. You were in the wrong relationship. It was abusive and you were putting up with it... until you had a potential child involved. When you chose to abort me you woke up. You knew you could never picture a family with this man and you wanted a family and it gave you the pain which propelled you away from him and eventually towards the man with whom you created a beautiful life. It is time to forgive yourself. In my eyes, and the eyes of God, no forgiveness is required. I knew what I was getting into. I love you. I have always loved you."

I cry even now sharing that message and more so the energy of love behind it. I felt that same soul from 20 years ago coming through as I typed. This s soul knew then, way before I did, that decades later, in addition to giving mom a wake-up call, in our present he would touch your hearts as he touched mine. It is hard to wrap the brain around something so different than what many of us were raised with, yet if you tune in and feel the love, you'll feel the bigness of the message.

We are eternal. We have purpose in all things. We are loved beyond measure.

I now know that everyone is vibrationally free. The angels always say the mind has more power over the body than any drug or procedure. I've used that knowledge to heal myself of various conditions and to create other more desirable ones. It is publically available in so many forms these days – The Law of Attraction by Abraham and Esther Hicks, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, The Miracle of Metaphysical Healing by Evelyn Monaghan, You'll See it When you Believe it by Wayne Dyer, to name only a few popular works on the subject. This wisdom used to be reserved for initiates in the mystery schools. It took years to learn. Now with one shift in focus, we begin to create freedom, goodness, health, you name it. The world is waking up to 5D reality.

I have felt free to be healthy amidst the pandemic. When my dad got covid a few weeks ago, my mom who is also in her early eighties with a bevy of conditions that the 3D world says should make her vulnerable, was inspired by my attitude and decided (resolved!) not to get it. She remained healthy in spite of days of direct exposure. She and I freely chose health.

Years ago when I was a young Catholic married woman who didn't believe in birth control, I felt a pregnancy coming on. I wasn't ready for that. I made a strong determination that I wasn't ready. My cycle was late, but it came, no drugs, no intervention, just a vibrational dance with all involved. No soul can assert its will over us if we're not in a vibration to receive it. You've heard this story too - I once had a big bad lump and I willed it to dissolve in three days. It is doable. You just have to make a choice, cast out the doubt, and accept no other outcome in your vibration.

There are lots of things going on that would make you afraid to go anywhere – shootings, crazy drivers, etc. – if you felt subject to the external. Instead, I pray before I go everywhere. I intend to surround myself with and emanate light. I send love to all drivers on the road and intend the most loving, joyful, gracefully flowing experience possible. When I remember to do this (which is nearly always these days!) that's what I get. At times I get a strong urge not to be somewhere. Years ago I missed an ATM robbery because of this. Often I've felt an urge to dawdle long enough to miss a traffic jam or accident. Sometimes I get put on hold so I'll get the best customer service rep ever. It goes on and on.

So while the world can seem scary, unstable, and half-crazed these days, we don't have to dive into that vibrational pool. Focus on the things that give you joy. I'm doing my arts late at night and I am lost in the beauty and crunch of papers. I hand-stitched my first book last weekend and while I've got room to improve it was a glorious feeling of satisfaction to hold something I'd made in my own hands!

You can align you with your soul and the Divine any time you think about love, appreciation, joy, or anything that makes you feel good. Set your sights there. The more you allow yourself joy, the more solution-focused you become, the more compassionate towards others – naturally and without trying so hard – and the greater your light and contribution to the world.

You deserve to be happy. The world needs your joy.

Here are a few tips to help you be aligned with your soul and the Divine...

1. Catch yourself in any act of self-criticism

Nothing knocks you into a disagreement with your soul and the Divine as quickly as self-criticism. Every single time we call ourselves "stupid," "ugly," "useless," or a variety of other put-downs we start an argument with God, the angels, and our own soul! And the funny part is that they are not going to join us in that argument! They won't ever get sucked into that battle.

Did you ever try to argue with someone who wouldn't listen to your negativity? You get even more upset. You want them to buy into the story. That's what happens when we put ourselves down. We start to pick a fight with God and the angles and our soul, and they won't go there. They love us. They know that we're all part of one big beautiful loving energy and they see only our light, our perfection, our goodness, our beauty.

We don't feel good when we're in disagreement with the light and truth of our soul and the Divine. We do feel good when we are in agreement, in a state of love or appreciation.

2. Let go of stories you don't want to re-create

Even those of us who feel predominantly positive can get stuck in a story. The story may be true, but if it doesn't feel good, it doesn't serve you.

For example, you explain why you feel bad in your body. "I ate too much! It was so good. I couldn't stop. It is one of my few joys, but I know I shouldn't.... on and on we go."

Your soul and the Divine are saying, "Wasn't that delicious! Don't you love having a body that knows how to handle this? You're so beautiful? Isn't it great to have such delicious things to experience in the body?"

I've shared this story from my past too. "My ex-boyfriend stole from me so I can't buy a TV now!" That was true. Did it feel good? No way! Did it serve my abundance? Nope. The angels lovingly steered me towards more positive thoughts, "How beautiful I'm learning to trust my instincts. How wonderful that I'm seeing martyrdom isn't my truth. I'm so abundant all I have to do is focus on that feeling and everything will start to flow." I did focus on all I had with appreciation, let go of unpleasant thoughts of the ex stealing from me, and he not only paid me back but I was inspired with my first ideas to teach spiritual classes... which has been a joy to this day. I let go of my true story to embrace a more spiritually true one – one that my soul and the Divine agreed with.

When you do this your first indication of being on track is feeling good. Do it long enough and your circumstances will shift.

3. Remember your freedom

Since I'm writing this on the fourth, it seems appropriate to talk about freedom.

You are free to focus on and experience health and vitality. I've worked with people these past two years by the thousands to claim their health regardless of whether or not they choose the vaccine.

You are free to be safe and guided no matter what hurting soul becomes a loose nut in the world. Surround yourself with light. Intend loving, easy, graceful flow Bless everyone everywhere you go.

You are free to create chemical conditions in your body that support or release any condition you desire. It is a well-known scientific fact these days that your thoughts create different chemistry in the body. What I had never thought about before this newsletter is that chemistry influences the energetic vibrational emissions. Makes sense. My dad is actually researching clean energy caused by chemical reactions!

You are free to vibrate to any level of abundance you choose and thereby attract 3D support for that. When I think thoughts of appreciation and abundance, things flow into my life as I need them. When I think thoughts of lack, money flows out the door! I can shift this on a dime after years of practicing. Next time you have a financial wobble make it your number one priority to focus on all you DO have and any abundance in any area that you can acknowledge. Keep your tuner on that vibe and watch things shift in 3D :)

The only thing it takes is a rock-solid determination that you will vibrate to no other reality than the one you choose.

Doubt be out.
Fear disappear.
I have decided what I'm going to focus upon.
So be it. Thank you.

I look forward to my creations in the future, even as I delight in this day.

That's it really. It just takes practice.

We are all working on re-framing our old belief systems away from the 3D "I control you and you control me" notions, and one toward our energetic sovereignty over our own bodies, minds, lives, and souls.

It is a big shift, sometimes easier to practice than others, but what a joy of knowing and feeling your agreement with your own soul and the Divine! You are loved. You are loving. You have access to abundance, vitality, safety, and joy at all times... no matter the external.
