My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Never tell yourself what can't be done. Never explain to anyone why you can't have what you want. Never believe anyone who tells you that you can't change, whether the change you want is a change of habit, a change of location, or a change in your health.
Every time you explain to yourself or anyone else why you can't be what you want, have what you want, or do what you want, you are telling the entire universe that you don't believe in the Divine. You are blocking God's work in your life!
The Divine is always, without fail, attempting to guide you to the solutions you seek, the answers you want, and the joy that you wish to experience. The Divine is working to guide you to that perfect job, to find the home you dream of, and to either fix the relationships that you mutually desire to improve or guide you gently away from those who don't. The Divine is constantly informing every cell in your body how it can operate in greater harmony, and the only reason you stay ill, dear ones, is because you focus more on illness than on things that make you feel better.
We know this is challenging to put into practice. You all grew up with the model of reward and punishment. "Be good little girls and boys, and you'll get your reward. Mess up, and you'll be punished."
The model of reward and punishment is how humanity treats one another. The Divine operates with the model of love. You are loved without condition. Your loving desires are supported without condition. You are not rewarded for good behavior or punished for bad. You are loved. The reward of love is feeling good. If you must see it this way, the punishment for disconnecting from love is feeling bad. No matter how wealthy, acclaimed, or seemingly happy one is, if they are disconnected from love, they are secretly miserable. Your connection to love is heaven. Your disconnection from it is hell. You all experience these polarities by degrees.
Seek to feel heaven! If you let love into your life in any way – for example, simply by looking for the things that feel like love, being loving as often as you can – to yourself especially – and caring about the way you feel, then Dear ones, you will enjoy this love in the form of all that you seek. You can pet a dog, inhale the scent of your tea, admire a person, or enjoy the expansiveness of the sky. In these moments, you are connecting to love. It is far easier, moment-to-moment, than you think. It is as simple as choosing to focus on something that feels good.
If you believe you must suffer to be worthy, you will suffer to prove your worthiness to a Source that already knows you are worthy. If you believe you must help others even when you genuinely are not feeling guided to do so, then dear ones, you will resonate with resentment more than love. If, however, you are honest with yourself – doing only what feels better, thinking what feels better, seeking things to focus on that feel better – then you are acknowledging your worthiness, and you will experience what a worthy person experiences – help, health, happiness, abundance, joy, love, you name it!
As you practice thinking thoughts and choosing a focus that feels better – one moment after the next – at first, you will only feel a little better. At first, you may even say, "Well, I feel a little better, but what good is this? I still don't have the money I want. I still don't have a partner." Hang in there, dear friends! Keep seeking the better-feeling focus, the better feeling thought. Your good feelings will gain momentum. Your feelings of worthiness will grow, and as they do, you will allow in the guidance and love that is always present.
We know you're worthy of all that you desire. The Creator knew you were worthy when you were created, and nothing, absolutely nothing, can mess that up. You deserve, first and foremost, to be happy, but we cannot force you to be happy, nor can we deliver temporal, superficial happiness unless you vibrate at the same frequency, and then it will come to you with ease.
When you enjoy thoughts of expansiveness and beauty, you will allow that home you desire. When you think thoughts that feel abundant and fulfilled, even if you are thinking about your meals, you will attract a job that feels the same. When you love life, love people, or even love your dog, and don't muddy the waters with doubt, you'll allow that love you desire into your life.
You are learning, and we are guiding you into a 5D paradigm where your vibration matters more than anything you say, do.
You are already worthy of love. Practice feeling it more. Practice looking for things that feel good. This simple discipline can change your life because it will change your vibration. Do it often enough, and you'll feel the change starting to happen because you'll just feel better. Do it longer, and your life will start working better. Do it even more, and you'll start seeing ideas come to you as if by magic. Keep it up, and miracles will become the norm as what you want flows into your life.
Make this year the year that you choose to be kind to yourself, and to live as if you are worthy of feeling good. Make this the year to choose thoughts that feel better. Then, watch your life respond.
- In 2023 I know I am worthy
- In 2023 I seek to feel happy
- In 2023 I will live authentically
- In 2023 I set my spirit free!
You are ahead of the pack, dear ones – part of a small fraction of humanity learning to manage your vibration. Your vibration is, and always has been, the key to creating a life you love. Now that you know this simple truth, you can learn to manage your vibration and honor it as more important and influential than any uninspired action. With a single thought and then the next and the next, you can start a chain reaction and momentum that will change your life!
God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Message from Ann...
So far, 2023 has been a fantastic year for me, although it is only a week old at the time I'm writing this! I decided New Year's eve that "now" was going to be "new" all year.
Every night, I imagine getting up in the morning, feeling happy and energized. So far, so good! I wake up and tell myself, "This is the best day of my life, and the rest will be even better." I'm counting my blessings, and when I even start to look at something that doesn't please me, I shift. I'm being very intentional about the things I wish to experience, and I am spending more time vibrating to them and less trying to figure it all out. I vowed that this would be a year where I care about how I feel more than what I do, and I know this will lead to more contributions in fun and balanced ways.
So far, so good. I've been feeling fantastic, and things are flying into my life.
I wanted a cheaper source for craft supplies, and a new website popped up that crafters enjoy immensely.
I wanted to figure out how to protect my garden from winter, and the words "frost cloth" popped into my head. Now my plants are all snuggled up for the winter, and my formerly lazy tomatoes just gave me a handful of gorgeous green ones that I look forward to cooking. I'm peeking beneath the little plant tents several times a week, telling the plants I love them, and they are loving me right back!
I wanted to get a massive list of items to accomplish this past weekend, so Saturday morning, I took time to imagine the feeling of a clean home, a fridge stocked with meals, errands run, the sweet potato patch dug up and turned over, the rest of the lemons picked, packed, and shipped, and so much more. I was looking forward to all but digging up the sweet potato patch. Nonetheless, the thought of a garden bed resting for winter felt good.
Lo and behold, I was about to start dinner Sunday night when instead, I found myself running to the garage for the shovel. It suddenly felt fun to dig up the sweet potato patch! The dirt had dried up just enough after the rains to make the task easy, and I was thrilled to find a gorgeous little crop waiting for the taking. One even looks like a heart. The fresh dirt smelled like heaven; the garden bed was ready for springtime, and I felt free to enjoy my Christmas decorations and a cozy evening. Even the less exciting tasks on the eternal to-do list somehow get done with grace when I let go and let God direct me.
On other topics, I've intended my newsletters arrive more easily and ahead of schedule so I don't have to worry about when I'll do them. I've been writing them now for 21 years and wanted an infusion of fresh passion and energy. If I feel good about them, I know they'll be of use to many of you! So far, so good :)
I intended to bring fresh, expanded, loving energy into my sessions and spend less time on emails – so far, so good there too.
I imagined how good it would feel to find new ways to help more people, with more sleep on my part, and in ways that are fun for me, and within a week, I've been flooded with new, creative ideas. This year I'll be experimenting with them and feeling my way through the heap of ideas spirit is dropping on me to see what delights. I'll keep you posted. Likely I'll have some new things to release next year. We shall see!
I intended to be supportive of my friends when they're in need, and already those opportunities have arisen. We prayed for one's family to avoid the floods in CA and so far, storms have steered around their neighborhood, and the neighboring river has stayed within its banks. I was also able to be there for a friend who lost a family member and connect with them the same day. The timing just worked out. These experiences warm my heart.
The list goes on. I've intended to get more sleep than the 3 hrs a night I was getting in December, and I am up to six! Woo hoo! I'm still busy, but in this new vibe, I'm more efficient.
All of this is happening for one simple reason. I'm not spending more than a moment beyond the second I discover I'm feeling less than wonderful, indulging in bad feeling thoughts. The minute I catch myself thinking, "Ow my foot hurts," I remind myself that the rest of me feels great. The minute I tell myself, "I'm never going to get all of this done," I shift to "I've got all the time I need for what matters, and what matters most is feeling good. Then I'll have more time." When I catch myself worrying about a friend, family member, or client, I shift, "Thank God, God loves them too, and the best thing I can do is stay in a high, happy, confident vibe and focus on their well-being."
Can I do this all year? Probably not 100%, but I'm certainly going to do my best to raise my own bar – for better-feeling thoughts, more intentional focus, and more manifesting. Why? Because it feels good. Because creating is fun. Because I can either let the world drag me down or be part of the wave of people raising it up.
Love feels good, and although I am sure I will fall out of it now and then, every now is new. I'm worthy of feeling good, and so are every one of you. Let's do this together and collectively permit ourselves to be happy no matter how nuts the world might choose to be. Love is going to win anyway. We can be the ones in whose lives it wins right now :)
Here are a few tips to help you remind yourself of your own worthiness.
1. Act like you're a worthy person, even before you feel it
People who know their own worthiness don't try to prove it. They take care of themselves in a way that feels right to them. They do what feels right to them. They are honest in their interactions with others – doing what feels right to them. They are willing to disappoint others but do it with love, and as a result, they please the Divine within them. They contribute to life in a way that is meaningful to their own soul.
So if you feel like showering when you wake up, do it. If you feel like soaking the night before, do that. If you feel like breakfast, eat it. If you feel like fasting, do that. If you don't like your job, start pondering what a good one would feel like so you can get that vibration rolling.
Make your "yes" be "yes" and your "no" be "no," but do it with love. Act like a person worthy of your own love, attention, and care, even before you feel it, and soon you'll start feeling worthy.
2. Stop expecting others to validate your worthiness
We all want others to see us as worthy of love, but not everyone will. I have thousands of hours of my own time putting our free material to help expand love on this planet, and in the past there were still haters!
Now, if they still exist, they know better than to write because I don't care. I'm too busy doing good to be concerned about what others think. I have heard some pretty horrible things about me that others believed over the years, but happily, now I know they don't deserve more attention than a mention!
Care more about God's opinion of you, which is always unconditionally loving, than what others think.
While we all want people we care about to love us, remember that those who truly love you will love you no matter what you do or don't do. If you have to please someone to earn their love, that's not love anyway, and they're likely not worth pleasing.
3. Tap into the Love of the Creator and Your Angels
You are already and always unconditionally loved in God's eyes.
That is one of the gazillion reasons the angels urge us to "Sit. Breathe. Receive." If you do that consistently, even for a few minutes a day, you'll start to feel that love and suddenly pleasing others will be far less important than listening to the voice of love within.
If you find connection in other ways, go for that. I find it in nature, for example, in cold water, in a cup of tea, wearing a soft pair of socks, stitting under one of my many warm fuzzy blankets. I find connection while inhaling the scent of a rose in the spring or the smell of fresh dirt in the garden. I find connection in watching young folks on YouTube taking charge of their lives and in the eyes of a dear sweet dog.
However you do it, whatever you do, find a way to connect with the love that lives in all things. Love is what makes you feel worthy. You already are!
My wish for you this week, and my prayer, is that any illusions of unworthiness will dissolve in the warmth of the Creator's love. May you know that you are loved. May you feel that you are loved. May you know that you can, at any given moment, choose to feel a little better, and a little better, until at long last, life itself reflects your worthiness right back to you.
Have a blessed and beautiful week :)
