My dearest ones, The latest influx of Solar Plasma Codes was exceptional! Many are feeling as if they were thrown from their "center". There's a good reason for that - you had to be. It is through adjustments like these that you take time to realign yourself, you integrate the energies, you advance, this is the growth of the Soul. You are now feeling the intensity of these energy movements as you progress through the Evolution Spiral, and as you do so, the upgrades become more intense. Ascension is not for the faint of heart, dear Beings of Light.

This latest integration is calling you to step up your elevation more than you have ever done before. For some the experience of nausea, dizziness, body aches and sufferings is greater than they have previously experienced. Bigger, though, needed. As EVERYONE advances to the next level on the Path of Ascension, it is time to leave behind what no longer serves the greater good. Your human vehicles are making important adjustments and you can feel every bit of discomfort. However, my dear ones, this discomfort is only a temporary adjustment, preparing you for the next level and those coming in the future. It was mentioned earlier that when you look at three, six or nine months ago, you do not look anything like the beings you once were.

The changes that affect both you and your Mother Earth are accelerating exponentially, so the effects on your physical vehicle are being felt meaningfully. My dear ones, I remind you, ALL of these changes and breakthroughs have been agreed upon with each one of you.This year of completion, from 2018 (9) which is now rapidly coming to fruition, still has much to accomplish. Adjustment to energies will become easier if you rest, allow and accept what is happening on purpose, for a purpose. The most extraordinary moments are within your reach - welcome all that is happening internally and externally. Make it easy for yourself and others. Forgive yourselves and others for the transgressions you have committed.

The time has come to "clean" all the old ways of being and allowing, making room for everything that is developing in perfect synchronicity. My dear ones, as always, you are oriented, loved and protected. It has been noted that as you "pass" through these challenging moments, many of you are reaching out and acknowledging our help - all of this is readily and freely available. Dear ones, these are important moments like you have never experienced before. As you continue to surf the waves more easily, you will access a stream that is more aligned with your Being. As with all things, resistance is useless.
