Master Guide Kirael, through the mediumship of Kahu Fred Sterling

KIRAEL: A great awakening is taking place on this planet. I think of it as the Goddess awakening within every soul upon the Earth, a time when you must come to a greater understanding of the self. So, I ask you to think clearly about how to create peace within yourself.

The main reason you have not achieved peace on Earth is because so many of you are waiting for your political, religious, metaphysical or spiritual leaders to do it. Do not call upon your political leaders to save your world; do not fall prey to all of their fancy words or to the dogma of your religious leaders that the God Creator has no compassion or looks upon you with distaste. God Creator has only love for you and knows that in order to create peace without, you must first create it within the self.

I challenge you to will yourselves to be in harmony, to find the reality of peace within. Open your heart to everything in your life, knowing that your thoughts create. Others may influence what you think, but you are responsible for your thoughts. The best hope for peace comes from the great clarity that everything in your world is a result of your thoughts. When someone comes to you in anger, or frustration, filled with negative energy, just close your eyes for a few seconds and see the beam of the great Creator's Force enter through your crown chakra, and feel the presence of that harmonic love. Then, if you wish to respond to that person, do so by coming from the "I Am." You will be calm and peaceful. Imagine a whole world fully controlling and energizing its thoughts in such a fashion that We the People come together in the realization that peace in the world begins by creating peace within.

You can find inner peace and harmony walking the busiest streets in the middle of Manhattan or Los Angeles, or wherever you might be. You do not have to sequester yourself in a cave somewhere on the side of a mountain. Instead, look within and know that as a particle of the Creator's Light, you are infinitely creating so that you may always have a new experience. All you have to do is walk the path of the experience in the highest light.

Now let's look at the difference between the balance of love in duality, the balance of love of the Goddess, and the balance of love in the human experience. If you are looking for balance in this duality, look at the great Creator Force. It created and wove together the weaves of life-the plant, mineral, human, and insect weaves-to make this great experience. In this process of weaves, everything is created in thought and balance. The balance in duality is one of opposites-good/bad, high/low, etc. The thoughts of the young, beautiful Christ were pure, yet they still had to be balanced in the good and the bad because this is a duality, where peace will prevail only if good prevails.

Now let's look at the Goddess light, a genderless energy filled with the power of love. So, if you are a male spiritualist, you are a Goddess and that does not make you effeminate. Unlike the balance of duality, Goddess light has no yin/yang. Goddess light is the awakening of a love that has no opposite. The only thing that can balance Goddess love is more love. Peace on this Earth will come with your realization that Goddess love permeates you. Embrace it, because no matter what happens in this grand, beautiful energy we call the Great Shift, Goddess love will prevail and Mother Earth will see to that.

In the human experience, you were born with the ability to have a thought and to use the will of that thought to transform it into words. Words cause the magical vibration of an emotion. Many believe anger is an emotion, but anger is a product of your mental body that causes your emotional body to go out of alignment. Your emotional body knows only love and it awakens to a healing journey within your four bodies collectively. So, let the word of love guide you throughout the rest of your lives, and you will collectively find peace by raising Mother Earth's vibration to create the most peaceful and harmonic possibility. When that happens, you will have found your most dynamic force-the Creator's Love. In that Love, guidance, guardians, angels, We the People, higher selves, every living thing that exists in this evolutionary project called Earth can unite and rally anywhere in the world to create peace. All it takes is the courage to be a troubadour of peace. Let your will create peace on Earth.

Q: Does the reawakening of the Goddess love and light on Mother Earth naturally shift people's consciousness?

KIRAEL: The Goddess light awakens a program within your mind. Venus aligned with your Earth plane so long ago that time cannot measure it. At that time, the Goddesses of all universal lights met there. Your scientists believe that Venus is an uninhabitable planet. Well, we can inhabit anything, you know. The Goddesses congregated underneath a beautiful cloud, a vapor of light, and pretended to be evolutionary products, treating as a veil that mass of cloud formation you see around Venus. They made a determination that they would spend their love on every evolutionary planet, awakening their own Goddess light within every evolutionary being, human or otherwise. At the very moment they made this decision, they were passing between the sun and Planet Earth, which was one of the last planets to come onboard, so to speak, to allow We the People to spring forth into the most harmonic possibility of the Goddess light.

Those who are unwilling to accept peace in their lives will find their lives very bumpy for a while. Those of you who choose to awaken your Goddess particles will be surrounded by the Goddess energy, which will nurture and love you, and all of the great Goddesses of love will permeate their energies through this Earth plane.

Q: How else can we use the Goddess energy to create peace?

KIRAEL: It is now your time to start planting crystals into Mother Earth instead of taking them out. To help Mother Earth feel her Goddess light, take something from the mineral weave, a crystal you love, especially a Lemurian crystal, tell Mother Earth it is a gift and bury it 3 to 4 inches deep someplace where you feel a great awareness. Remember, you must truly love this crystal. If you do not love it, you will be wasting your time.

When Mother Earth was created, energy patterns from other worlds brought her gifts from the mineral weave. Plant a crystal in her and Mother Earth will feel the peace of her own Goddess light again.

Q: Are the indigenous races reclaiming their Goddess light?

KIRAEL: You think of Africans, Native Americans, Hawaiians, Japanese, and so on, as indigenous. Yet, in actuality, everyone is indigenous at some level. No matter what that level might be, all indigenous tribes are looking for one thing only: to be a unified force of love. I am reminded of a story. A man, who was part of the medicine wheel of an indigenous tribe in North America, had a dream. He went to the elders with this dream and the elders told him that he must not hold the dream only for the Native Americans, but must spread it out to the world so that all beings with a similar dream could collect under the umbrella of light itself. That is where the world is heading in this particular time. We the People must be the indigenous tribe of Earth, otherwise you will struggle going into the Shift.

The medium created a sphere of light here in Hawaii over the Honolulu Church of Light. That sphere of light remains there so that everyone around the world may place a particle of love and a prayer in it at any time within the 24-hour clock. Your prayer may be as simple as, "May there be peace on Earth," or "God Creator, would you help me through my surgery?" Put your prayers and wishes into that ball of light, and every morning, at 3:33 a.m. Hawaii Time, the medium will pick up the ball and deliver it unto the Creator's Force. In this way, We the People come together in little packets of light, but with strength they have never expressed before.

Never tire of bringing We the People together in peace. Do it over and over again. It will work, especially when you embrace the truth that collectively you are an indigenous tribe of Earth. You will discover all the brothers and sisters of the Goddess light pouring through you, and you will feel so much desire to create love that the indigenous tribe of We the People will stand collectively in that love.

Q: Master Kirael, how do I hold that space of love within my family?

KIRAEL: Many of you have family members who test your anger. An angry person is a fearful person. That fear indicates that the individual is looking for control in a life that feels out of control. If you converse with someone who lives in peace, you can approach him or her in this way: "Gee, I hope we can find a way to end the war in a peaceful manner." On the other hand, if you converse with someone who is on the side of war, he or she will want to come at you ready to strike. So, when you see this person, you must remember that you are looking into the eyes of fear. If you dig far enough, you will find out where that person's fears are, but it is not your job to try to dig out a person's fears. Your only job as a human being is to allow your thoughts to reflect to others what you want them to reflect back to you.

First and foremost, realize that you are in control of you and no fear exists that you cannot overcome. The fear of death is the ultimate fear in your cellular consciousness. That means no matter where you are or what you are doing in your journey, the greatest hope your opponent can have is that you are afraid of death, because that particular fear can attach itself to anything. In your case, when you no longer fear death, you will fear the question. In other words, your focus will be on the question, not your fear of death, and the question will be filled with either love or hate. If it is filled with love, use the Goddess light in response, but if you are faced with an angry family member who asks, "What do you think now, girly?" do not respond. Instead, close your eyes for a moment and fill yourself with the Creator's Love. Even if that family member continues to yell, you will find that a smile appears on your face. When that person's tirade is over, say, "You know, I can perfectly understand what you are saying. It doesn't necessarily have to be everything that I believe in, but I can perfectly understand it." Then move away. Later on say, "If you will give me just a couple of minutes, I would like to say something about the way I see things, not to make you believe in it, but just to share it with you. I won't be long." Then drop your thoughts of peace into that family gathering. When you drop just a little peace in the gathering, you will have more impact than the angry and aggressive person. That is the best way to discourage someone who confronts you in anger.

Q: What can I do to stay in a space of peace and love, while navigating the matrix?

KIRAEL: When you are out in the human world, and you feel even the slightest inclination that you are about to be drawn into a spiral of energy, move your focus away from it. Sometimes you have to take your physical body with you. If nothing else, you can simply call your guide's name-assuming you are aware of that charming reality-and say, "Help me release this energy I find myself in," and-pop!-out you will go. Don't stay in it and think, "That's all right. I will just go through this." Get out of it in any way you can.

I just ignited a wee spark in each of you. That spark will help you get out of the matrix energy when you find yourself in that spiral of disharmony. So, the next time you get the slightest indication that you're in the matrix energy, go to that little spark. You will find it close to your heart. Just expand it so that it fills you up, and then walk quickly, or even run, but get out of the matrix energy and get back into love and peace.

Lastly, never forget prayer. Sometimes saying a little prayer is all that is required and it can be as simple as, "Creator, help me feel your love."

Q: Can this spark of light penetrate the veil?

KIRAEL: A veil or ego surrounds human beings. That veil/ego does not separate the being from its Creator. Rather, it holds your spiritual self in abeyance so that it thinks it is just a human being. Look at the person, see the size of his or her veil/ego and use your light to penetrate it. To confront someone who lives outside a peaceful realm will only cause stress within your own realm, and that is not what you are here to do. So, pull back when you see no peace and use the powers that you brought to this Earth plane. Many of you have the power to use light and color. If those fail, close your eyes for that moment, gather the force of knowing what the other person's color is and have the courage to add the Goddess light to it. That will help dissipate the veil/ego. If your color is deep violet, almost to the point of being ebony, when you get agitated, it will become ebony because it will fill itself. Yet, if someone else offers you soft pink or soft yellow, rather than compact the light, it will add more light, reorganize it and open it to the feeling of love.

Q: What happens when we slip just a little bit when we look at something and it just flat-out bothers us?

KIRAEL: One of the magical journeys of the human world is discovery. When you look at something and it is not the way you want it to be or the way it is supposed to be, look within and see what is reflected back at you. Then take it down to its simplest possibility. Remember, everything is made of particles of light. Some are bright and filled with radiance like me and some are so compact that you get the physical form like you. No matter whether you are a light like me or an incarnate light like you, each time you break down a problem or a situation and look at it closely, you come to a bigger answer that is usually about you. The smaller the particle, the greater force the answer carries. When you break whatever you are struggling with down to its finite particle value, the journey will take a new path to cure the ills of life and you will have the greatest answer you could ever have sought. You have the answers to all of life's questions.

Q: How do we find peace within universal timing so that things manifest in perfection in our lives and in this world?

KIRAEL: I hear many of you say that time does not truly exist, yet, as you say it, you look at your watch to see what time it is. Time is a collective thought, yet it is used to harness thought. Without time, without being able to harness the thought, you would not be able to build one thought upon the next. Time is what you suggest it will be. If you are one who always has a positive word to say to another, then that creates a time exposure for you that not everybody can see. Time exposure means that you are working on your journey rather than flowing down the river of life on a raft without the slightest idea of where you will go next. By suggesting that time exists, by being able to layer a perfect vibration in alignment with what you are seeking, what you seek will have a space in "time" to manifest.

In essence, if you desire peace and you allow time to envelope you through the thought systems, you will cause a vibration that will lift your spirit into the fullness of who you are. This means that you attract that which you truly want in your life. Having thoughts within the constraint of time allows your thought vibrations the space and "time" to manifest. When you truly desire harmony in your life, when you truly desire a space of completeness in your world, you will open up the fragments of time. Within those time fragments, if your thoughts are willed into the perfection of your journey, they will find like thoughts, and your desires will manifest.

Q: How does time relate to the heartbeat of Mother Earth?

KIRAEL: Time is a sort of rhythm, and when your heart beats to the time and rhythm of Mother Earth, as long as she stays in that rhythmic space, that which is calm and peaceful will find you. When your heart roars outside of peace and beats outside the vibration of Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants, you find things that you do not want in your life. By opening yourself to the peaceful manifestation of a heartbeat that surges and meets with Mother Earth's vibration, you open yourself up as a conduit of light that causes everything you want in your life. You will give no significance to the things you don't want by understanding that they're just another step on your path.

Q: How is the Goddess energy affecting our children and the children attempting to come to the Earth plane?

KIRAEL: If you look into the eyes of anyone below the age of 10, that child will know that you know that it came here to experience the Goddess energy. These so-called crystal and indigo children, whom I like to call spiritual light children, have been prepared for this Great Shift. They all carry within them-male or female, it doesn't matter-a particle that was released during the Venus Transit in 2004. That particle will try to find every other child of light on the planet. You can be 50 years old and be a child of light. If you know anyone who is pregnant, tell her to layer her energies into the most beautiful place possible so she feels the presence of the Goddess energy.

Q: Do you have any suggestions on how to enhance the cycle of peace?

KIRAEL: It would be a grand wonderment if people awakened and remained awake. Everything in the human world is about a cycle. You have sleep cycles, during which you travel to other realities, and awakened cycles, during which you go about your daily chores. The good news is that the cycle of peace is beginning to pick up momentum. Every time an entity like World Puja, or someone such as the beautiful Jonathan Goldman, or one of the great energies like Lee Carroll or Steve Rother, does something to cause peace, every time they bring something forth in the light of peace, it causes one more ripple out into the world plane that makes the cycles stronger.

Do not be so concerned about the gaps of time between the different peace gatherings. Rather, concentrate on drawing as many people to a gathering as you can. That is what will cause the cycles to shorten, until eventually no cycles will exist or be necessary. Every time you have a gathering for peace, it creates another ripple and you come closer to not having cycles at all. One day the only cycle will be the one in which you live in the powerful awakening of the Goddess love and light.

Q: I heard that the masters are trying to connect with us through a portal. What portal is that and how will they do that?

KIRAEL: The portal these great masters are seeking to open is between your limited human thinking brain and your expansive Omni Consciousness. When that portal is open, the masters can bring in the power of the central sun, or the sun of the Creator, which you might even call the Christ Light. When the portal opens between the expansiveness of your universal mind and your human collective consciousness, you are no longer just a human being but the conduit to Mother Earth. That portal of which they speak is the one place where they can bring the power of light into Mother Earth. Together, the Omni Consciousness and the human collective consciousness shall be bound in a peaceful moment of light. That, I believe, is what they are talking about.

Q: Would it help to bring these new energies in if I did my meditations with groups?

KIRAEL: Meditation will always open up the portal between your two brains the two parts of your local brain, the 10 percent you use daily, and the 90 percent that holds infinite possibilities. When you create a mastermind, such as a group of people meditating, the force of that mastermind is equal to a hundred times the number of people in the group. The reason I say a hundred times the number of people is because it is ten times the brain factor, and we can only assume that the average human being is still using about 10 percent of his brain, although I believe many of you are using at least 18 to 20 percent now. Every time you bring a group together in a force, whatever your "thought purpose" is will manifest into your life. So, remember to always include peace.

Q: Can you suggest a way to control mind chatter so that the mind may be used for bringing about peace?

KIRAEL: It could come down to one word, practice, but it is really about commitment. You all want certain things in your life, but whether or not you receive them depends on the degree of your commitment. You have to be committed to your own healing vibration. Strive to make your reality your commitment to be the power of who you are. Every time you are aware of that mind chatter, say to yourself: "This is why I don't have everything in my life that I truly want, because I let that chatter reign forth so much. I am asking you, Creator Force, higher self, angels, and guides, to eliminate that mind chatter to the point where I am in control of every thought I have." When you control every thought you have, every desire in your life will be a reality.

Q: I live in a world where I do not deal with a lot of angry people. I deal with nice people, and so I feel very detached. How can I feel more connected so I have more motivation to create peace?

KIRAEL: Do not get connected to the negativity in your world. You consciously create a peaceful environment because you practice and teach feng shui. Given the work you do and the amount of energy that you expend in it, it is no wonder that your world is peaceful. Those of you who practice feng shui all of the time are the mainstays of the human race.

You feng shui your clothes, your home, your office, etc., and that means that you need not go about telling people what it is they could or should do. You are in alignment and that affects all who are around you. Simply continue on the path. You are like the poster child for peace. When more of you find yourselves unwilling to go into the density of the matrix, and instead, light yourself up to be in service, the world will be a peace-full place.

Never let your heart be afraid, never be concerned with what is not in peace, because the moment you go to what is not in peace, you are out of peace. Draw peace to you and emanate it to the rest of your world. Let your life always be about peace, and eventually Mother Earth will find her own peace, and We the People will come together. Don't try to fix what is not broken. Fix what is already right by making it righter.

Many people around the world are celebrating peace, and I give that energy my love and my light. When you decide to make your world what you want it to be, you will create it from your heart, and the Ten Principles of Consciously Creating,[1] which are being taught in many different forms and under many other titles, will guide you along the way. May each of you hold yourself within your own light. Make the choice to cause peace on Earth. It begins within.
