So don't totally trust in putting your things and having nothing in your hands, because effectively you could lose everything. This is the moment, so to speak, of caution, it is the moment of being well aware of what can happen. Think about this: Every change leads to loss; yes, there are always some losses. Something breaks, something crumples and it becomes useless; always happens with any change. So learn to value what actually should be valued.

Memories should stay in hearts, not minds. Every moment lived, every moment felt, must be added to a great feeling in the heart; and when you look at that person, feel great joy. It doesn't matter how many moments were spent together, it matters what she is bringing you in that moment. So give value to what actually needs to be given. Do a good cleaning of everything, save what is necessary. Let go of a lot, because with less attachment, less suffering.
