Today I bring a lot of Light, a lot of joy to distribute to all who are here at this moment. Everyone is immersed in my Light, in my Love. It is a powerful wave of energy that will keep you in balance. 

You don't need to feel anything to be sure that this wave has hit your body. If you believe in me, if you trust me, you will know that this wave has passed and stayed in your body. The moment requires a lot of Light, a lot of Light for each of you, so that you can be strong, courageous, Loving and above all balanced. Don't get carried away with any topic, don't engage in unenlightened conversation. If it's impossible to silence the other person, turn your thoughts away, don't listen, don't receive the energy.

You must learn not to receive when you don't want words that are not Light or that throw you off balance. For many it is difficult to remain silent, because we are used to always responding in the same tone and at the same time, leaving no stone unturned. But this impulse brings you imbalance, irritation, anger, and you start vibrating very low. It's time to let the other speak for itself, you will become rude, perhaps in the conception of the other, but you will protect yourself. Unless you listen, you are there in the present body, but with the mind away, in a beautiful flowery field, illuminated by the Sun, with lots of flowers, playing with the animals.

At this time, it is important that you practice it. When someone comes full of anger, full of complaints, look at them and surround them with Light, put a sphere of Light around them. It will be very nice for you and for them too and you will see how almost immediately they will stop talking because their thoughts will get confused and they will wonder: "What was I talking about?". And he won't be able to continue the conversation. This is the attitude, don't fight back, don't fight back, don't provoke a fight, the moment is to be calm, the moment is to be balanced, the moment is peace of heart and mind. If any of you still have some negative feelings towards someone, ask for our help to transmute this feeling, don't live with it, transform it into Love and Light.

It's time to be in balance, because the world out there is in chaos, energetically speaking. You don't see her, but the no-light is everywhere, I could even tell she's right there in front of you, waiting for you to slip up so she can make a move. No, don't take it as a spirit, I'm not talking about spirits, I'm not talking about disembodied souls who torment you. They are not souls; they are spheres of dark energy floating in the air. They were tiny at first, but as they get close to someone who is low vibrating, who doesn't act according to the Light, they get bigger. Because they absorb the energy generated and every time, they grow they occupy larger spaces.

There are no walls for them, there are no limits, they just grow. And I'm sure you don't want such a sphere in your home. But if not everyone is conscious, unfortunately I tell you that there is one, but it's up to you to de-energize it. How? Shining Light in the place where you live; you see the entire place where you live within a sphere of Light. All you have to do is think it up and create it, it's simple, it's easy. Then many may answer: "But I can't do that!" And I ask you: why can't you do it? It cannot be done because it cannot be seen, it cannot be done because one thinks one is incapable.

So, I affirm, sons and daughters, that each of you who are on the path of Light can do this and so much more. You can involve your building, your neighborhood, your city, your state, your country. No more thinking, no more wanting, no more imagining. Because by making this gesture, we are close and we will make sure that what you desire comes true. I have already said here: you are capable and your will is implemented by us, therefore you are capable. "Ah, but I don't see anything." As long as this is stated, nothing will be seen. The gifts that are inherent in all souls will return over time as you lift in frequency. Most are not ready yet, most will not know how to live with what is to come. On the contrary, they will despair, they will think the world is hopeless.

So, believe what we are saying, create spheres of Light, engage people in their homes, engage their homes, their neighborhood, their city, their state and their country. And why not planet Earth? Just want it, you are capable of it. And all the while the no-light is trying to make you believe you're not capable, but we tell you are. So, take care of your homes, surround everyone with Light. It's not an invasion of free will, because you're not changing anything in those people. It is the Light that acts, not you, the Light changes minds, the Light enlightens minds. Do not forget, sons and daughters, that the path is one of Light, you are Pillars of Light, so behave as such.

You are great, immense, you emanate Light in everything. If all of you do this, you will speed everything up as minds will begin to vibrate at higher frequencies, speeding up the process even more and attracting more Light to all. The Light is entering the mind of every being on this planet and you, enveloping each one in a sphere of Light, amplify this Light, it acts faster, accelerating the emotional and mental change of that human being. In other words, you will be doing good to humanity, not just yourself. You are Divine Sparks, you are pieces of Father/Mother God and you can do anything you wish.

And with this I make a warning: you can do anything, and you can even destroy someone with your thoughts. It goes both ways: hate a person and you will destroy him, because the moment is power, the moment is force, both positive and negative. And all this feeling that you have given off will come back to you in the same way, a charge of negative energy. So, sons and daughters, be careful what you think, be very careful. Be aware of your thoughts, words, and actions. Of these three pillars make only Light, nothing more. If for a moment of distraction, you feel that you have emanated something negative towards someone, immediately ask for forgiveness from the person from whom you emanated that feeling, in order to eliminate the energy.

Know how to walk your own paths, sons, and daughters. This is a time when you need to pay close attention as everything is magnified and whenever you need our help, all you have to do is ask. With a simple word, a simple thought, we will act with you, for you and with you. Think about this and act, don't just complain, act, act with Love, lots of Love. And this Love emanating from each one of you will multiply, the universe will receive it and you will have abundance, prosperity, Light again on your path. Never forget that whoever emanates Love receives Light. And the Light brings with it all the abundance of the universe.
