I'm here today to bring a little more wisdom to each of you. The times are different, the energies are different, the energies that are coming in are transforming, expanding, awakening consciousness. 

So nothing can be as before, nothing can continue at the same pace, in the same way of happening. We are making some changes to the way you can submit your requests, your prayers.

What is a prayer? The prayers were created by your religions within a very well prepared energy so that the same phrase was repeated by many. What energies are contained in every prayer created by men? Things you can't even imagine. It's no longer the time to follow something, to follow a sequence of prefabricated sentences to get something. Now is the time for the heart. How many of you can say a prayer and keep the same vibration from start to finish? In the beginning you are very excited, very concentrated and as the seconds and minutes go by, the frequency decreases. Because you are not actually speaking from the heart, you are repeating the words that have been said to you, there is no heart.

The time has come for everyone to follow their heart, for everyone to build their own prayer. And never repeat that you are not capable of it, whoever is capable of speaking, of believing, of having faith, is capable of saying a prayer. Now, one very important thing about prayers: you have always been taught to ask, ask, ask, as if Father/Mother God never looks at you and you have to ask for His attention. This is not true, Mother/Father God cares for each of you at all times and everything that happens to you is part of your soul journey, your evolution.

Why not exchange the request for gratitude? Gratitude also for the problems that arise, because they are always evolutionary leaps, even if you don't like them. Many people like to take their problems and sweep them under the rug, not realizing that they are urgent at that point in their journey. Why then recite a prayer over and over again? Why say a prayer when you don't know the energetic context?

So it's time for everyone to sit down and talk to whoever it is, being grateful, just that, gratitude. Gratitude is the greatest feeling one can emanate for Father/Mother God or any Being of Light. Gratitude works wonders, request not so much. Because if you ask, you are saying to Mother/Father God, "Don't look at me, I have to beg, I have to ask you to look after me!" And this is not true.

So don't ask for anything, ask for the Light to emanate from your brothers, for your brothers to find the way of the Light, for the Light to prevail on this planet. It is a valid claim because you are raising the Light quotient on the entire planet.

Now, asking for oneself or making a specific request for the other is not correct, especially not asking for the other. Do you know the path of the other? Do you know what is good or not good for the other? Then emanate Light, that's all. If you love someone, if you care for someone, then wrap them in the Light. It is enough to envelop them in light.

This is the best feeling and action either of you can do for the other. By the way, for yourself, cover yourself with Light, be a Being of Light. Stop depending on ready-made things to pray, meditate, send, follow your heart. "Oh, I can't do that!". This sentence should be banished from your mind and never leave your mouth again. You are capable of doing whatever you want and when you say "I can't", interrupt the whole chain of blessings that the universe is sending you. It is as if you have created a huge strong barrier around you and until this barrier dissolves you have already lost a lot. These are phrases that you can no longer repeat, because you are capable of anything if you only believe in it and want it.

So, stop depending on ready-made things to make a prayer, to send something to the Whole, use your words. If you just say, "I send light to my brothers and the planet," you are already collaborating with the energy of the Whole. So stop relying on ready-made things, stop copying what others are doing. Likewise, it is not necessary to spread, to publish for everyone, what one does, that is ego. "I need to show what I'm doing". Ego. Everyone does it for you, everyone makes your journey, it doesn't need to be published or disseminated, it does it just for you.

Many of the things that were said, published, so you could follow them at that time, were necessary, because you weren't ready yet. Not today, today each of you is receiving energy at the highest level, everyone on the planet is receiving it. So you no longer need crutches or pre-set things to do anything. Everyone is capable of creating their own prayer, everyone is capable of following their own path. And if you answer me now: "No, I don't know what my path is". I'd say you're in trouble, because if right now, with all the Light you're receiving, you still haven't found your way, you're probably telling yourself that you can't and you can't, over and over again, and you're creating that immense barrier for everything to reach you.

What path is he following? So, wisely, let's stop following prepackaged things, following words we said: this was before, now it doesn't work anymore. Because now you must be able to follow your own path, you must be able to build your own path, without depending on anyone else. This is the moment that the inhabitants of planet Earth are experiencing, the expansion of their consciousness by the Light, it will bring the answers, it will bring the path for each of you.

So it no longer depends on the words of the Beings of Light, it does not depend on us, let the Light work in your mind, open yourself to it. It is as if you were looking at the sun and saying: "May this Light that I am receiving illuminate my every cell! And not to repeat it, this is just an example, everyone must create their own sentence, their own way of receiving the Light. This it is the expansion of consciousness, this is wisdom.As long as you depend on our words and you repeat them as we said them, without even understanding what is there, you will not leave your post, you will continue to depend on everything that is already written and you will not have the ability to create anything new.

The moment is for everyone to follow their own path, there are no barriers that reach any of us, there is no "I am a sinner", this does not exist. Father/Mother God loves everyone unconditionally. So if he is the supreme being and I say you can attain him, what about the others? Enough of this nonsense of, "No, I can't attain it because I'm not capable, I'm not worthy!" It does not exist, Father/Mother God does not judge, does not discriminate and does not separate, it is available to each of you. Indeed, I would say that it is not there, it is inside your heart, because the Divine Spark of him makes you alive, therefore it is inside there. Why seek it out?

Think, think hard, what are you still stuck on at this point in your journey? The path is free, but it is of the heart, not of the mind. And to repeat written things is to follow the mind, it is to say to oneself: "I am unable to do anything." You can, I'm not saying that you can't follow anything that is written, you can, but on condition that you understand what is being said, on condition that your heart vibrates with every word spoken. He doesn't repeat himself like a parrot, he repeats himself with understanding, he repeats himself with awareness. And if you change a word, if you add a sentence, that's fine, you're saying it from your heart, so you can change it, you can say whatever you want.

Think about it, how are you praying, how are you following what is written? As a robot or with heart? There is no recipe, there is no right and no wrong, there is what your heart tells you. "Ah, but if my heart speaks wrong to you? It's part of the learning, later you will see that you have made a mistake and will not make it again, or you will remain in error according to your idea. So free yourself, free yourself from this yoke of repeating prepackaged things, without even understanding what is being said, just to appease your ego.

It has already been said here, praying 24 hours a day will not make you evolve. It would be if you isolate yourself from the world, enter an aura of very high energy and stay there to pray. I would say that you would gain a lot in your evolution, but none of you are capable of that yet. You are wrong, you think that praying over and over again will lead you to evolution. And I tell you that if all this is done only in repetition, it will bring nothing, there will be no result, because nothing has been done from the heart, everything has been done to appease your ego, which tells you: "Pray, pray, pray, you can do it!" This is the ego.

There is no such thing, a word spoken from the heart and with understanding is worth more than a whole day of prayer. It all depends on the frequency you reach. So stop depending on what is ready, look within and create your own ways of being grateful to the Beings of Light. One word is enough: gratitude, if said with love and with the heart, is worth more than 1000 words spoken without a heart.
