Dear brothers and sisters on planet Earth! I AM LANTO!

Being here for another round of the Journey of Forgiveness is very exciting. I've enjoyed the results obtained by you on this walk very much. Your souls are ready, receptive, and able to receive our teachings and our alterations of the energies within them.

The soul that agrees to get rid of suffering and pain accumulated over ages and ages gets lighter, more ready, and encouraged to move forward. It understands that holding on to particular woes is no longer helpful.

Today's world is different; the past lessons no longer fit today's world. So it's not worth keeping them as a lesson to avoid repeating the mistake. Your world today is very fast-paced. Everything that your souls have learned over time, over the past they lived through, no longer fits into today's world, the rules are different, and the world has evolved. So this is how we are showing your souls that they can and must let go of these feelings.

Of course, many feelings are intense, and we know that it isn't yet the time to touch on them. This will come towards the end of this journey. But for now, everything is very smooth, very calm, and the results are pleasing us very much. Now be wise. It doesn't matter who you see or don't see; they are people from your journey, you may see people from this life, but it doesn't matter why they still show up. What matters is that you will be fulfilling your role of asking for forgiveness or forgiving. And this will bring you relief from all this weight that your soul is carrying.

So always be wise; don't attack anyone, don't hurt anyone, and don't speak harsh words that may cause resentment or damage. Learn not to provoke anything that requires you to ask for forgiveness or forgive. Learn, be wise and change the road of your souls. There's still a long way to go to the Fifth Dimension.

So there's no point in you just continuing to repeat the same mistakes. Seek balance, seek love. But seek not the love that you know. Seek the Unconditional Love.

Meditation 3

You may do this meditation lying down or sitting down. Remember that you cannot sleep during meditation. If you do, you should repeat. Take some deep breaths.

Relax profoundly.

I am involving you in a bubble of Rose Light of pure Love.

Inhale the Rose Light, and when exhaling, get rid of everything you want to leave your mind.

Inhale the Rose Light again and eliminate all pain, sorrow and unbalance.

Inhale once more this Rose Light and get rid of sorrow, resentment, or hatred that you may have in your heart.

Then, if you are lying down, align your hands along the body with the palms upward. If you are sitting down, put the palms of your hands upward on your legs.

I will be close to you and put my hands on your hands.

Feel my energy.

Now you will stay for five minutes receiving this energy of pure Love, so you can access all those souls that will be treated today.

After this period, repeat with me:

"May my Superior Self

connect with the Superior Self of each soul I saw,

asking for forgiveness or forgiving, according to the action,

to each soul.

If I didn't see any soul,

may my vision expand for the following times.

Now you will receive my energy of Rose Ray for five minutes.

After this period, I am with my right hand on your chest to energize that crystal with my Rose Ray, which will emanate around you until the next ray.

Feel all this wave of Love, calm, and peace that will involve you during that time.

Practice Love.

During that period, any action of Love from you will be potentialized by my Rose Ray.

Return to your consciousness by taking three deep breaths and then return slowly to your world.

I will not be there beside you anymore, but my Rose Ray will be around you to help you have a good period emanating pure Love.
