So it would be nice if you had it. You may not believe it, you may insist on not accepting it, but your minds are so powerful that they are capable of causing the transformation of the world. Because today, within this world in which you live, everything is as it is, due to the sum of the vibration of all minds, due to exaggerated fear, fear of living, fear of taking the next step. So I can tell each of you that the feeling of fear is one of the most weighing in the scales. When you feel fear, physiologically speaking, your organisms react. Many harmful substances are released into the bloodstream and affect all cells in the body. Because it is the way the body finds to defend itself, to arm itself against that invisible enemy.

But this armor is not beneficial, it is totally harmful armor for your bodies. And if you live in constant fear, this feeling gradually acts on your body, causing a complete imbalance. As a consequence of this, mental illnesses appear, not the mental illnesses that take you out of your senses, but the mental illnesses of today's world; anxiety, panic syndrome, mental imbalances that really cause seizures, tremors, dizziness, many other symptoms that many of you feel daily. The energies are coming yes, strong and intense. And what do they do with this balance? Or rather, this imbalance? They act on it by increasing its intensity.

And because? Are they not energies of Light, are they not beneficial energies? They should correct my imbalance. No, they don't act like that. The imbalance is caused by you, so what they do is exacerbate this imbalance, so that you see it, so that you get to the point of dealing with it, treating it, in whatever way you can, with the medicines of your world and along with it. alternative therapies. "But I don't want to take care of myself with the medicines of my world. Very well, treat yourself with alternative therapies. Now you need to have a very strong degree of belief, trust and, above all, the power to change your mind so that only therapies can act and cure the problem.

We have said here many times that the medicines of your world do not cure and it is true. However, within all that has been placed in this dimension, they help balance, balance the internal substances of your bodies. And at this point, the action of alternative therapies becomes essential. Because if you are in balance, even through medication, the therapies are capable of acting, because you are fine, you are balanced, your physical body is at the right level. Thus, therapies will act to keep you more and more in balance and will act to eliminate the harmful effects of medications.

But your mind will be in balance because the medicines will keep you in balance. Until you get to the point where you can gradually wean yourself off the meds, because you've already learned to keep yourself in balance, your body can already keep itself in balance. Since it has been in balance for so long, it has learned the way. However, if after all this, you return to the same behavior as before, everything will return, it will not be the therapies that keep you in balance. Therapy is energy, it does not act on the physical body, it acts on the energy of your body. "Ah, but the energies work in my physical body. Yes, I agree, not to correct problems, the therapies work to balance you, to help your mind come into balance. It is your mind that heals your body, understand that.

Therapies lead to the balance of the mind and a balanced mind leads to healing. A mind that has learned to stay in balance will maintain healing with or without medicine. Now, as long as you don't know how to keep your balance, you will need help. This is the world in which you live, a world in which the call is very great, the demands are very great, the problems are very great. You need great solutions. Having faith alone is often of no use because you have faith, but you are tested every minute, and in that minute when your faith falters, everything is thrown out of balance. That balance maintained by faith has disappeared. It will have to be brought back to its optimal point.

None of you is immune to your world, to its demands, to its tasks, to what is required of you at every moment, none of you. Do not put all your trust in the energies, they must be a complement to teach your mind what balance is, to help your mind find the path to balance. Yes, the energies do a lot of good, they bring balance, calm, serenity and tranquility. But they don't cure the problem, the problem will be cured when your mind is 100% balanced. And you are that human being in which everything will pass and you will not falter, because your faith and your belief are unshakable. What stage are you at, 100% unwavering faith?

I will state that none of you are at this time. Some of you even manage to remain unfazed in some situations, but not in all. You still need a little more time to learn how to reach 100%. Make no mistake, my children, balance is an arduous path, it is a difficult path. But the important thing at this moment is to realize that where there is an exaggerated imbalance, something is not going well, something must be done and quickly. To remain out of balance is to open all the doors of your bodies to disease. So when you realize that the imbalance is beyond what you can handle, stop, turn to your Divine Presence and ask: What can I do to minimize this imbalance? And the solution will be given to you and you will start a new path towards balance.

Will it be 100%? No, it won't. But you will get out of this excessive imbalance, which undoubtedly opens the door to disease. And I can tell you that for some, more diseases. So be careful. How is your balance today? Not just overall balance, is there an area of ​​your life that you need to take a closer look at? And I can assure you that right now you are behind. The energies are there for that, to get everything out.

Mainly, what takes you away from the path of balance. Because only with balance can you evolve. Think about it and carefully examine your own path.
